Just2suggestions(I have worked in a 5star hotel hence out of experience suggesting) the hair nets needs2be applied properly wherein all the hair is in the net else the whole purpose of wearing one is lost&they need2wear hand gloves&be gentle in handling the modaks.

Good efforts...but Machine means to reduce mobilisation costs.....If u put mava in die mould and press With hands only than production is sufficient.... As per my little knowledge the modAk mould opening and mould stacking will be atomized....By adding one more pneumatic cylinder for mould opening And one rotary table for auto stacking...
What a clever excuse that was. Awesome. Thank god, doctors don't give such excuses while performing "DELICATE" heart surgeries. Or I guess making modak is more "DELICATE" than performing surgeries.
I agree with you 100% Kurt Amin; they absolutely need to use glows. After watching how they handle the sweets without glows; makes me not to recommend this product to anyone!!
Pura baal nikla hua haiin aur cap v hain...no glooves...isse aacha simply karlo easab showoff kyu...aur aacha se karna hain dan proper process follow koro bhaii...
