How much time yoga or exercises to do for weight loss.im 65 and diabetic too. I go for brisk walk for an hour and doing yoga and exercise every alternate day for 45 minutes to an hour. Monday exercise Tuesday Yoga. 3 days exercise 3 days yoga doing. My weight is 75 kg, It dont come down. Will try to have food as you explained in this video.🙏🙏🙏

White refined sugar is really bad for us, it contain zero nutrients, jaggery will be better as it contains calcium, phosphorous and iron and other micronutrients in it; calorie will be same for both
