I used to suffer with anxiety. I didn’t know what was the reason. Now I know that places with a lot of color or full of things were the reason. Specially during winter. Looking for what was hyggie, I found videos with this content. I discovered that neutral colors and little decoration helped me a lot with my anxiety.
Hi, I feel you! I keep my home simple and neutral and use colours as an accent because it makes me feel calm and relaxed that way. Clashing colours and too much stuff to me is chaos and disorder and that equals to feeling of uneasiness and anxiety. It's natural to want and have beautiful things at home but we don't need to display them all at once! I think sometimes we don't realise how our environment affects our mood and well being.

I used to decorate in the first week of December too, but since this season is the most wonderful and busiest of the year, as you said, I decided to decorate earlier to be happier and less stressed. The red color you chose is perfect and in harmony with your space. The bright star is a perfect addition to the small village✨

Thanks for subbing! Any size of paper bag will work as long as it's a rectangular shape. I recommend using about 10-12 pieces so it opens beautifully 😊
