I´ve finally done it. It took me 48 minutes - Silver Rathalos armor and deep darkhammer - no smoke bombs, but lots of farcasters. I understand the trend of beating it really fast, but for me the pleasure is in a long hard battle. Sadly, this was the last quest of the whole game for me.
215 for full upgrade, you have to find some ancient shard in volcano hr by mining, and appraise it, if you're lucky, you'll get worn great sword that can be upgraded into what I'm using in my video.
