- We are living in crazy and unprecedented times. There are so many unknowns with our families, our jobs, our lives, and it can be overwhelming. I have learned how to be productive and stay focused and to manage anxiety and stress by using a notebook/bullet journal. The more I stay focused and on schedule, the more calm and in control I feel. I hope this gives you some tips and ideas to manage your schedule and keep a positive mindset so you can maintain focus and productivity during scary stressful times.
