Hello! I want to ask: how do we check in a simple way if the rolex watches are original? Is it common to ask for papers and box to the shop? How about service record, do they have that?

There are loads of videos on this topic. Box and papers don't mean anything about the watch's condition. The older the watch the least likely you'll find it with any sort of record. You'll want to check serial numbers, parts reference, inspect the dial and movement. So lots of homework and it's best to either buy more recent models or trust a dealer with good reputation to source a watch with no bad surprise.
