    The issue comes into play when a person who shows brand loyalty purchase items in hopes their quota bag will be offered. The SA, the person has worked with for years leave the company, a person basically has to start over with a new SA. The fact the customer has been a loyal customer goes out the window. Remove the power of the SA to pick and choose which of their clients they want to offer a bag, then we can say brand loyalty really counts.

      Yes you do have a point of view. Unfortunately there is no one single fast rule that Hermes follows and hence each one individual experience is different. But I agree, I feel sorry for the clients who need to change SA’s and start over again.

    Girl, let’s be honest. You are totally manipulated by the brand just by the way you praise them! We all know you wouldn’t buy all other things if they don’t string you along for the quota bags. No way.

      I will admit, at first it was the main goal, I have talked about this openly in my channel but as I have come to learn more and love the brand, I now admire all their products because they are high quality. I might also be biased because I was able to get a beautiful quota bag, however each one’s journey is different and there are no fast rules. I hope one day you are able to secure the bag of your dream too if you are also looking for one. To each their own. Good luck.

      Once a woman came up to me in the restaurant with a Birkin bag. Because she saw my Birkin after she saw all my jewelry. She told me we both have the same taste. I immediately answered her, “I don’t think so, I just watch too much TH-cam.” That answer makes me proud of myself. Do I love all these beautiful things? My real answer is NO. I like them, especially after owning them. I am 42 living a happy life without luxury goods. I never have all those things before, so I never like them, but after having them I like them because they are beautiful, shiny, good quality and I can afford them now. But without their bags, will I continue to buy these overpriced things. and give them my hard earn moneys. Really??? I don't think I will do that. Don‘t get me wrong I still buy their bag and things but this is just the answer to your question about me.

    Hermès remains my favorite brand and I will continue to shop there even if I don’t want any more bags. Actually, my SA in Hermès is my absolute favorite amount all I had in different boutiques. I don’t deny that for some the brand is just about bags or they didn’t get the best treatment, but shopping in many Hermès boutiques in the US and abroad, my experiences had been positive. We are not all lunatics that are being manipulated. Actually recently, I went to VCA and the service was more than average and I won’t buy again from that SA. I’m not the type of person to give second chance when it comes to shopping. I can live without any of it!

      Thank you for sharing your experience, same here I am happy and have a good positive experience with Hermes. You and I alike, I am not after just the bags but also admire their other products that is why I don’t mind buying them. As evidence, I wear them all in my Chanel. 😊 ❤ ❤

    Hi Ziggy! I would love to hear your perspective on the Hermes lawsuit that was filed in San Francisco.

    • @ziggyess
      @ziggyess  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you chaira, yes I heard about it. I think the lawsuit might not go anywhere although we all know it is a common practice for most luxury brands, Hermes might settle withought admitting fault, that’s what they do. This practice is also common in luxury cars, Rolex watches and other brands. So we will have to see how this will go. It will be very interesting….

    Just curious if your lashes are glued on your lids or on your real lashes? Cause they always look off

    Hi Ziggy, it’s a fair question and we have to face the truth that to get quota bags we have to demonstrate the interest in the brand. So we need to be honest with ourselves and take the decision; to play the Hermes game and feel manipulated if it’s only for their quota bags or not to do it and … look into reseller market, that is vast. I am a big lover of Hermes scarves and apart of a few more items I will not be willing to pump up my account and pray for a Birkin.
    But we have to open our eyes to the fact that shopping at Hermes is not a luxury experience anymore. I was in their various boutiques in Europe since Covid and only Covid times were good. Since back to normal I am observing not enough of staff, rush and fatigue of the SA, queues in front of the boutiques or expecting I have a booked appointment to look through the scarves department. Depending on the city.
    The summer silk collection is practically sold out in March and I am advised to buy on line. But I like to try several scarves and choose the best colour for me which will be costly and complicated on line. I am interested in Kelly belt - same story; please try on-line. We need to say loud and clear that the customers that spend below a few thousands per visit are served like in the supermarket. We are almost begging SA for basics items and I do not mean Birkins and Kellys.
    A cherry on the top - last year I tried a famous leather appointment game in Paris and at third ( day ) approach I was blocked as I was typing my data too fast and was recognised as a (ro)bot and blocked. Next day I asked lovely SA in Parisian boutique to unblock me, she noted my name and e-mail. Am blocked to date.
    So is a Hermes shopping a luxury experience or only their products are?

      Thank you for sharing your experience and very informative, yes you are right in a lot of points here. I think the brand had become so popular these days that the experience at times is no longer as it used to be or what is expected. We hope that these things will eventually be addressed as we expect good experience in a luxury brand. 🙌

      Damn you were blocked just for typing! You’re right about the quality of service nowadays. Shopping there doesn’t feel luxurious anymore at numerous Hermes. I definitely feel the luxury treatment at Saint Laurent , Fendi and Dior! Every visit.
