Then, I heard the “you know how to ride a bike now” line, realized what the song was originally about, and at that point, I thought of both my children and my Mom who passed away 27 years ago, and I couldn’t stop crying. ( BTW, I only discovered “Be More Chill” about 2 weeks ago, after I watched Everything Everywhere All at Once”, and did A deep dive on Stephanie Hsu. I’m glad these bootlegs exist. )

Alright after watching different videos of "The Goodbye Song" (ones without the BMC cast), the mohawk girl seems to be part of the original group, known as "The Family", that sings this along with Jason "SweetTooth" Williams and Joe Iconis himself. Her higher pitched "AHHH" is easily heard and can even be spotted in one of the videos with her current mohawk. So there we go, that explains why Jason gives her like a pat in the back when she jumps to the front and why she ended up there in the first place, she deserves to be.
