    Can't wait to see this scape mature. Steven did an excellent job with this scape, I have always wanted to scape with Frodo stone and do a scape with massive stones like this one. This is definitely some great inspiration for future scapes for me. Thanks for sharing.

      Not nearly as much pressure as dueling against Fukada-san at Green Aqua the week before! lol But actually I felt more nervous representing Japan at CIPS last November-- my plan was even more ambitious and I had no help (except for some tips from Filipe about onsite installation at the end). Compared to then, this was easy!

    Hi Filipe, a very heavy hardscape layout there. Not sure what to make of it so far , maybe it will grow on me as it matures .

      Giving volume without compromise the weight. This scape was already too heavy!

    • @SteveScapesYT
      @SteveScapesYT 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great question! Like Filipe said. Could be pumice too. Point is just to use a media that doesn't compact and lift the scape to the point where you want to put the soil in. Also to make it lighter for Filipe xD

    Filipe I need to say it now. I love your videos and your aquascapes, but the audio levels in your videos are super hard to deal with. I struggle to hear voices without raising the volume and then suddenly the music comes in realllly loud. Can you balance this out?
    It's been bothering me for ages. But I finally decided to post this comment. 🙏🏽
    It's just your channel I have this issue with. I watch your videos on TV with a high end sound system so constantly having to control the volume is annoying lol.

    • @FAAOAquascaping
      @FAAOAquascaping  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your feedback! If I check this in the computer it's OK, music can be louder but it's not noticeable. I believe if we use a sound system can cause that. I will try to balance it in the future by decreasing the volume of music. 👍

      @greyfoxindy 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @greyfoxindy

      @@FAAOAquascaping yes sir. Quite a lot of your videos are this way. I can raise the volume to hear you speak. And then suddenly you'll play the music which is by contrast much louder and so I have to yoyo my volumes haha. 😂

    • @FAAOAquascaping
      @FAAOAquascaping  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@greyfoxindy so maybe the best way is to lower down even more the volume of music. I'm already decreasing it a bit since regular audio from microphone is lower than music, maybe I need to lower even more.
