- Aranjuez Classic Silver 300 offer a brighter tone than traditional nylon strings, but a warmer one than carbon. They are affordably priced and comfortable to play.

The trebles sound excellent and your phrasing in Spanish romance is getting very good
Thanks, Todd! I appreciate it!
Your weekend shares are practically my favorite. I look forward to them
Thanks, Samantha! I'm trying to keep a more regular upload schedule, so be on the lookout for more to come.
💚💚💚 😊Thank you for sharing your Video
Thanks, Tyler! Glad you enjoyed!
Thanks for the review, Josh! I really like the sound, the intonation is also very good. The only thing that makes me hesitate to buy them is the medium tension which tend to be a little bit too soft for my playing technique. 😎
Thanks, Tomas! I agree that the intonation is probably the best feature of this set. Aranjuez makes a high tension set too, if you're ever interested in trying them. That would sound great on the Heikki Rousu, which already has incredible intonation.
Very beautiful tones Really excellent playing and review Josh Thank you for sharing 🎸
Thanks, John! I appreciate it!
Nice review Joshua! Good playing samples too!
I think this could be a good set to try for myself.
Thanks, Justin! These strings were better than I'd expected. I bet you'd enjoy them too, they would be a nice compliment to the Otto Vowinkel.
Here for it, and enjoying the Spanish tones ❤️👍🏻
Thanks, Mette! Glad you enjoyed it!

Very nice video👍👍
Thanks! I appreciate it!
Good strings, tried them once :)
Thanks, Pavlo! Was your experience with this set similar to what I described?
Good review made me realize might be time to go higher end and revisit Knobloch
I did enjoy your performances when you had the Leo Brouwer set. You thinking of trying that one again or going carbon?
@@Josh.Vanjani suggest a good $20 set of strings for me? Brouwer strings good but I’m thinking even higher end
@@Toddlane43 If you want to go higher end than Brouwer ($25), it's going into the precious metal range. The Knobloch Sterling Silver comes in at around $60. The LaBella Argento that Andrew York uses are the same price. The Hannabach 1869 set has basses coated in 24k gold, at $54. Lastly, Optima has a 24k gold plated set "No. 6" at $30. There may be a few more higher priced sets out there, but those are the ones I know about. I've not tried any of the gold sets at all, so it seems I should go for one in the future.
@@Josh.Vanjani optima no 6 sounds like my next one
@@Toddlane43 Any plans to try the Ernie Ball set?
Have you come up with any ideas on designing a non existent superior quality set of strings
Great question! Actually, I blended the Leo Brower "AT Nylon" trebles with the Sterling Silver basses. Knobloch doesn't make a set like that. Andrew York uses 2 carbon strings and a high e nylon; I may try that down the road too. You've tried enough sets yourself that you likely have some ideas on the matter too; thoughts?
@@Josh.Vanjani I like warm tone strings with resonance and basses that are crisp and carry but not sure much more than that a good judge for me is how they resonate with a vibrato
Do you have tested real gut strings in the past?
Thanks, Gelbe! Yes indeed, I have three gut string reviews in my "String Reviews" playlist. It's linked in the endscreen of this video. I've done Pyramid, Aquila and Aquila ukulele. Check it out!
@@Josh.Vanjani I will check out
r those corduroys? :)
Yes, indeed! This is the Polo Ralph Lauren "Stretch Classic Fit Corduroy Pant" in the Golden Brown color.
@anjani Ahaha! Supah cool! (as a costume). haha Btw, in the late 90s there were a lot of fake Savarez high tension sold in music shops . Glad i don't see those anymore.
@@fliesonthewall-avirtuosoparty Interesting fact, but how does Savarez relate to these Aranjuez I'm reviewing?
