When that Chef Vikas says that his kids want Tunday kebabs from Lucknow because you cannot get anything like that in Kolkata, he is lying on more than one level , i should think. Because hey this is Kolkata where Lucknowi cuisine came with the Nawab of Awadh and got better....Kolkata mughlai style restaurants like Sabirs and Royal Indian, Aminia, Indiana have a galawati that is tentimes better than Tunday kabab and it is called the Tikia. The other level of bullshit is that now Tunday kebabi has opened it's branches in all big cities...just because you are plugging Zomato app don't say things that harm your credibility...chef Vikas...tsk tsk
