Please enlighten whether a non-resident foreigner can register limited liability company- 100% ownership , and would he be able to find english speaking attorney and some employees or a good translater to whom he can lean on for companies legal and bureaucratic issues? Thanks !
Legally speaking the legal representative must stay in Vietnam at least 6 months per years. For your incorporation needs, our team can support from A-Z. Feel free to reach out to us.
Hi Rondan how are you? I have seen many of your programs on TH-cam. I like it. Will you tell me that i can do Freight forwarding, Logistics business. Thank you Babul Ahmed.
Cdt
Hey thanks a lot for this video. I am planning to start a Photography institute in Vietnam. I have already been running it successfully in my home country for the last 10 years. My only concern is the language barrier, both from a teaching point of view and also from a marketing point of view since I rely on Facebook ads for acquiring students. I also sell online courses so i wont be entirely dependent on the local people. I make around $1000 per month from my online courses. I would like to do offline workshops to basically just cover my rental expenses in Vietnam and then use the online earnings for lifestyle. Do you think it would be a good idea to start a Photography institute in vietnam?
Hey Kush, I think it can be a great idea. I'm also a professional photographer and I speak Vietnamese. Maybe I can help you with the workshop and share studio. Lets connect if you want. Cheers!
@kushsharma3798 @thepassivenomad as soon as you have specific skills to teach in the local market, it may be suitable. Indeed, don't invest a lot ! Start small and scale your business using the new channels to acquire traffic. Start by testing the market doing workshops, small-scale trainings and later on you can consider building an "institute" as you call it. Regarding the business side, you can consider a light setup (management consulting type) which is pretty broad as a sector and allow you to tweak you businesses in case you want to do additional consulting.
