    Hello Ken, thank you for the comprehensive information throughout your videos, they are a great help. May I ask, as an entrepreneur coming to Vietnam in June 2022, what visa would you suggest that I apply for in order to conduct a SWOT analysis for approx 6 -12 months, after which I would intend to stay long term to operate the business?

Are you interested in discussing my plans and possibly helping me? 1) setting up my company here. 2) acquiring a business visa so that I’m no longer dealing with 30 day tourist visas!

    Got a question if can be answered.
    Are banks in Vietnam foreigners friendly?
    Is is difficult to open up an account and get a visa card?
    I am in China, and banks seem to become more and more complicated here. With no visa and mastercard, you in fact can do nothing for sending and getting transfers.
    Get one demands tooooooooo much docs which are not always possible to provide.
    I wonder if this is similar in Vietnam for foreigners?

The means we have at hand now to stay strong is to investment plans and trading plans ,do what is best for you and your future. Don't waste your precious time waiting and depending on the government, on like what i saw in stimulus video here on TH-cam where a lot of people are ignoring waiting for stimulus checks. Hi, I would like to ask, when doing business with Vietnamese companies, how does the business law protect foreigners from avoiding being scam? I encountered in 2020, I paid 3 separate local companies in Vietnam to purchase products but supplier fail to deliver, refuses to refund, send threaten notes to me, i paid lawyers, abitration courts and even debt collectors, I made police report to PC03, Ho Chi Minh, file is sitting untouched, suppliers twisting their stories and till today (2022), I still can't get my money back, total amount is 24bil VND.

    • @duongglobalbusinessconsulting
      @duongglobalbusinessconsulting  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Jason, thanks for your question. In order to best protect yourself against legal issues, you need at least to have your business deal supervised by an international business law firm that will first draft a purchase agreement that protects your rights. Then, if you have a local business entity, it will simplifies the legal procedures in terms of time and cost, as both parties will be under the same jurisdiction. Thus, it is recommended to have a subsidiary here that will sign contracts. Then, business due diligence on supplies can be initiated to ensure those local companies do not have issues with the law. As a note, we provide all those services as well.
