Eva Noblezada and Reeve Carney (Hadestown Original Broadway Cast) sing their Act 1 duet, All I've Ever Known, written and composed by Anais Mitchell, for the Maestra benefit concert on March 29.
As introduced by Anais Mitchell:
"Hadestown is a musical that has had many lives, and most recently we were up at the Walter Kerr theatre on Broadway. Hadestown is based on Greek mythology and it centers around the love story of Orpheus and Eurydice who are played on Broadway by the stunning Reeve Carney and Eva Noblezada. We’re so lucky that we are going to get to hear these guys sing for us a song from the first act. It’s a love song called All I’ve Ever Known and it’s a song about cosmic love. The inexplicable rightness of the love between these two characters that are very different from each other, but they’re drawn together by cosmic forces."
