    Fantastic. I’ve used the Car Card and Waybill template. Thank you.

    Just shows you don’t need a massive layout with huge trains to have a lot of fun with model railways, well done Martin

    I like that backdrop. It looks like it just goes on forever in the distance.
    Very realistic.

    I like the idea of a layout you can play with instead of just riding laps.

    This is an excellent video, as it shows how to have "sustainable" fun with the layout after its construction is done (or even before it's all done). This takes the layout from the world of toy trains into (in my opinion) true model railroading. Yes, running little trains in circles (or in this case a "dogbone" scheme) is enjoyable and relaxing. But for some people operations provides even more enjoyment. Cheers from Wisconsin!

    Thanks a lot for sharing all those tips with the community. It was fantastic to follow the construction step by step. And I very much like also this last video, which proves that you can have a lot of fun with manœuvres on a “simple” layout. Endless playing sessions!

    Great small destination cards! 👍
    Best thing, when playing with these around layout and create some mistake, customers don't complain.. 😂
    Sad, that this is last series about this layout..

    Martin, there's no L in Fyffes! It's an Irish company founded by Edward Fyffe. They transported fruits, mostly bananas. Great video though. Playing with your layout like this, spotting and sorting cars, really lets you discover if the placement of your switches makes sense. I still see lots of layouts on the internet where the switches seem to have been placed in semi-random locations, with no yard leads or run-around tracks for example. But this is great, especially if you start out by putting all your cars in random locations. If you can't solve the 'puzzle', then the layout is wrong.

    Great fun. What do you use to disconnect the cars? Is that a specific tool or borrowed from somewhere else?

    Hi Martin, I really enjoy the video series, it put me in a great mood to try it myself with my father's old tracks. I was wondering, I noticed you change the switches manually. Would it be difficult to automatically switch them using some control panels and in addition add some give way and warning signals, or is that something for a more advanced layout?

    nice..i see u using the märklin coupling "straight" "hanging".. are problems at ur layout? my waggons won't couple with these 2 style of coupling....maybe i switch to ROCO Universal coupling....but on older cars it not so easy without "Norm"schacht

    • @marklinofsweden
      @marklinofsweden  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The best couplings I think is the ”Fleischmann Profi”. They are a bit sensitive to sudden and steep grades, but othwise the best.

    Hello, i love your traffikplay! By the way, have you been considering to build a real ferrydock and part of a ferry, where you on the other end can dock your vitrine track? If you don`t understand, i can send you an illustration of what i mean.

  • @anilliyanage1505
    @anilliyanage1505 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Sir, do you have Marklin tracks without the middle points for the slider? In which case wouldn't be compatible with 3 rail tracks?
