in US - tuning cost i think starts from 20k $ (minimum, baja trucks cost way way more) + car. For such performance i think its not too much. For example, nowadays its normal to buy a car that costs 50-60k bucks. So for me its better to buy something for 15-20k or even cheaper and build smth like this
