After following this tutorial properly I literally felt like "YAAAY I DID SOMETHING WITH MY LIFE! I ANIMATED A STILL IMAGE! WOOOW"
I'm so happy :D thanks!
Best tutorial, thank you for explaining with the extra details (like which keys to press to select certain things), most tutorials I have watched don't explain so well. So again, thank you so much!
After watching about a dozen tutorials on this process, yours is by far the most user-friendly and straight forward method. Thank you!
I am really happy for you and thank you so much for your kind words!
Agreed!
Thanks again. I have been back multiple times when a project called for this. Your method is the simplest so far and creates such a smooth transition.

Superb tutorial......
Hi Cristi! Thanks a lot for that video! How can I reproduce this technic with an animation going from the inside to the outside -ex. a drop falling into water? I tried using the Free transform tool but instead of saving a movement, the 'position' tool just updates my layer. Thanks a lot!
You are great!😍
Thanks for wonderful explain will try...
Animating still photos has been around a long time. First time I tried to create one was in 2004 with a different program. Animating stills faded out and now it seems its back again. I'm going to give this a try. Thanks.
I love this job!
Thank you, I try
Finally a tutorial that works!

Thank you so much, your tuto is fantastic, I've already tried it dozen times and it always works but now when I try to do it again I don't know why the sky is not moving when I position the duplicated background layer at the top of it, thanks for responding me.
amazing thank you
This seems complex, I have always loved this though! Thank you!
I bet you can do it without issues. Also, I created a newer tutorial where I explain how to export the final animation properly: th-cam.com/video/cQoeTbBHwuM/w-d-xo.html
hey,great video!Thanx a lot!
I was wondering ,how could we export it as a GIF on ''save for web'' and not get the colors changed ?
I triyed it and a had really different colors. The turned out brown yellow ...
This is great. Thank you. Can you make one tutorial on Startrail Plotagraph ?

Great video..are you able to do a video on waterflow using Davinci Resolve? Appreciate
Thank you very much for the tutorial!! It's really useful!! But I have a problem,, I need to make a rotation of the selected object in my image but I can only move it left/right/up/down. What should I do?? Thank you.
Thanks for the vid! And what if you want to rotate something ?
Nice tutorial
thx u so much .now i can be better to do it
Amazing tutorial. I was able to follow no problem and that is saying alot. I noticed though that with some images the Position option doesn«t work and I had to turn the layer into a smart object and use Transform instead. Any idea why?
Your tutorial is so clear. I wanna try this too. 😍
Thank's - Grato
thank you very much
awesome vid!! thnx 4 sharing
Love the video
In the setup, appreciate the videos! Maybe a dumb question but is there a way to export content in mono in soft20?
thanks!!
Hey Chris Can't seem to duplicate layers with the timeline keyframes help help help
Great tutorial! How do I save this project to post on instagram?
super sir iam seeing firt time
Thank you so much for the tutorial, in the process to create a new timeline i notice for some reason the background is also added along with my second layer, what am I doing wrong here?
Wonderful
Thanks so much for taking the time to thoroughly explain everything! I'm having troubles at 1:50 at the Hold down shift and move part. When I do this, I do not see the frame for the part I have selected, therefore I can not stretch it so that it fills to the right side of the image after moving that selection part. So far I am only stuck at this part. If anyone could help me, I would be so grateful! Thank you!
when you activate the selection tool, make sure the option "show transform controls" is active in the top bar. :)
Ahh thank you so much! I cant believe I didnt see that. Sweet! I have successfully animated my gif. However, when I save it and upload it on Twitter...there are some static-like parts. It's grainy around those areas and make the overall gif not look super clean. When the gif file is opened, there is no static. Is there a way to optimize the gif?
Can you do more then one layer? I am having troubles with this.
Okay, thanks. I have 2018 as well and I found how.
