Get NASA to help further use electrolytes to make the violin sound older

Jesus Brett most of us don't even play violin, why you gotta flex like that 😂
This actually manages to be a very useful video for those of us who know music but never studied string instruments.
You know, in the US at least, if you grow up learning an instrument, you could very well never play with string instruments at all in an orchestra until you're 16, 17 or 18. Bands and wind ensembles are far more popular and they remain the dominant way of educating woodwind, brass and percussion players.
I was an accomplished percussionist at that age, despite beginning on piano and organ at the age of 7, and my first rehearsals with a selective youth orchestra were a huge revelation to me. I literally had no idea at that age what techniques went into string instrument playing to produce a great orchestral sound.
I also needed to learn to balance my own playing for a full-sized orchestra ... And sadly i learned only then that being a classical percussionist involved far more time counting bars - the thing that eventually led me to quit despite getting into a conservatory.
