Fruits: 90g

Ma’am, I’ve been a fan of your videos and try to follow them. I’d also like to tell you this, this big bowl of spinach if consumed by a single person can have negative effects. It might lead to bloating, gas and cramps. Also certain nutrients present in spinach if eaten in excess will interfere with the body’s ability to absorb other nutrients. And also avoiding carbohydrates which is our staple food isn’t advisable either. Instead like you rightly said portion control in your meals can give good results.
