Hii abhi, in overall India nobody can give so less price for gold almost 2000rs less per gram he is charging. Actually he is not giving for less, if u see he has calculated the gold rate for 6.65 grams which inclueded even diamond weight so without diamond weight the gold would be arounc 4.5 grams.. in that case 4.5 grams × 5642 = 25389 + extra 3k is charged for making is the total rate for gold used. So 25389 ÷ 6.65 grams = 3817 rs he is saying. He has charged u the exact gold rate only there is no such wholesale price n all.. they are tricking us by using different methods of calculation where the gold rate still remains same. Coming to diamond, in the certificate card it shows as VVS means some very very slight impurity may be there plus colour of the diamond is E-F even in this the diamond rate matters. So i dont think in that also he is giving any wholesale price. The website price which he showed has only diamond carat price but it doesnt clearly show which type of diamond whthr Flawless or VVS etc ( like mentioned in ur card as VVS) So overall there is no such wholesale price here. Everything is charged same.

One time I wanted to exchange my diamond stud ( which is an open cut model in 18k gold to a closed set of 22k gold) to my surprise I got 6k Rs. higher than what I actually paid within 6 months due to price variation in diamond carat. My suggestion is to rely on a particular shop for gold& diamond purchase. Earlier stages we used to purchase in coimbatore but now we use even most of our relatives buying in Pollachi only (that too not in so called popular kadaiveethi shop where I have lost some considerable amount so I don't recommend popular கடை வீதி கடை). Mine may be useful.
