A Weekend in 📍 Budapest: Exploring Altamira, Tropicarium, & More (museums, shows and friends)

Join me on a lovely weekend adventure in Budapest!
I started by picking up my sister from the station, had a delicious breakfast at Kelet Café and Gallery, and stumbled upon beautiful golden-veil-covered buildings along the way. We even caught a glimpse of the iconic Parliament.
I’ll share some fascinating details about the Altamira cave paintings, though not much as I plan to visit the actual cave in the future 🤞🏻
Later, I reunited with friends at Café Zsivágó, where we found old letters (or maybe a game?). The day ended with a trip to Katona József Theatre to see Hedda Gabler.
The next day, we had fun at the Tropicarium with our youngest sister, so enjoy some cute animal videos! 😊 And speaking of reptiles and insects, we wrapped up the day with a spectacular evening at Cirque du Soleil’s OVO performance.
