Thank you very much for this wonderful video for the sake of serving the community, in all honesty. The seats are very small and there is not enough distance between the hands on the right and on the left. Here is the problem with American and Canadian aviation. The seats are very small. Many suffer from this phenomenon. The future of all aviation in the world is maintenance. In order to preserve the safety of people, unfortunately, companies did not care about this issue, only concerned with collecting money
I have flown this route many times and had a few flights delayed but not too bad. I do play the game where I don't buy any add on's. I let them choose my seat which 9/10 times is an aisle, I also have a small roller bag that meets the size limit for a free item. I don't think I have ever paid over $50 one way on this route on this airline. Their crew has always been nice and the planes clean. Their gates at Midway are just a few steps past security and once the plane is pushed back the taxi and takeoff are quite fast since Midway is such a small one mile square airport. They do the job for me and have saved me much money!
@@rogercotman1314 Yes, I use the app for the boarding pass. You can also print it at home. If they print it at the airport, there is a charge. I just flew them to Las Vegas a few days ago and had a nice flight with an on time departure and very friendly staff. This time I flew from O'hare.
I would still appreciate those seats given the fact that the allied soldiers of WW2 had to endure much much more so that I can enjoy my freedom today.. For me personally, I am only concerned about the saftey rating of an airline.
if I had a choice to pay less than $100 to my destination on Frontier vs. $300-$400 on a legacy airline (I have AA miles, so I should know), and I just wanna get to where I am going, there's no comparison. I just pack the smallest carry all I have with the basic essentials and make use it fits their carry on criteria. Just sit in your seat and read, relax, munch on the snacks you brought with you and chill. How bad can it be? For flights longer than 2 hours, I may consider flying AA, with upgrades. I pamper myself every once in a while. But for just doing a quick visit to my parents in Tampa, Frontier is the way to go.
I grew up in Colorado when the " original" Frontier was still flying. And the difference betwren the old and the new, is like night and day. I flew the "new" Frontier in 2022 when I went back to Denver to celebrate my birthday with friends. The WORST part of my trip was the flight. Cramped seats, no meals; not even a decent snack, a child kicking my seat; awful. I will give credit where it's due and the flight attendants WERE friendly and helpful. You could see that they were trying to make the best of a bad situation but I won't fly them ever again.🥺😕. The experience was too stressful.
If you want an economic flight, this is one of 3 to use, the others are Spirit and Allegiant. On full service airlines, the airline food you get is not nearly worth what you paid extra for the meal. You can save that $ and have a more luxurious dining experience at destination. Also, you can bring your own food & beverage on board, if nonalcoholic. There will be no pressure to buy anything on board. Frontier is for people who want to fly for a vacation and have to save their pennies. Also, they have all the safety certifications every other carrier has to have. Plus a fleet that is very young compared to the full service guys. Their punctuality has improved since the autumn, when operational changes were started to address their more frequent lateness.
Those seats they looked awful no ptv and you got buy your snacks i though that south west was bad but this one gets the cake but anyway your video was very well done cheers jerry
Concerning the kid wearing flip-flops ; In the 60's and 70's, you got dressed up to fly. It was a big deal and you wouldn't be caught dead wearing casual clothes and shoes. I miss the glamour, fun and excitement of the golden age of aviation .

Soooo I am staring at a $19 one way MDW to SFO.
But I remember giving Frontier 3 tries in 2022 and they all sucked lol
Those seats look like Medieval torture devices.😅

Can a personal bag fit underneath a seat like a southwest plane?
Yes
2:50. Kid wearing flip flops. Bad idea . If you need to get out of a burning airplane on ground.
People dress like slobs on airplanes today, No self pride or class.

"HOPS THE RABBIT"
Is there WIFI?
Nope .. No WIFI. 😕
For me, the airlines aren’t that bad. At least you can pay for what you need thus saving money.
Looks like you showed up at MDW already looking for things to complain about. Next time choose another airline. I’m sure Frontier won’t care.
Tacky airline and tacky airport .
