You guys need to come to the west side of Washington and see what dreams are made of lol state record walleye is 20 lbs 6-10s caught weekly and smallmouth Mecca catching 5s in the marinas 🤘🏼
Jeremy seems like such a chill southern dude, who happens to be a legendary fisherman. Reminds me a lot of Hackney or Swindle. Must be amazing to hang and fish with him. Love the series 🤘🏻
You put out arguably the best fishing content and overall just human goodness on YT. Thank you for this series i enjoyed every minute of it. You three really have the greatest chemistry and i look forward to future videos from yall!
This was one of the greatest series ever. It seems every time you do a trip like this it turns out amazing and the cinematic shots throughout the series were absolutely beautifully done. God bless you all!
I've been spoiled by living in northern wisconsin and fishing the UP and superior. It warms my heart watching you guys enjoy yourselves out there like that. I think everyone should experience it
I'm from and still live along the lakeshore of lake Michigan in Michigan. I'm glad you got to enjoy the beauty the great lakes has to offer! I love living here! Come again!
What a great series, y’all captured the perfect start to your tradition. The connection between the three of you made it feel like the viewer was part of the experience. Thank you for such clean and amazing content that my family can watch and enjoy.
Have to just make a series for each Great Lakes, they all have its own unique areas and landmarks. And won’t be ever disappointed fishing the Great Lakes
Coming from a pure bread Yooper bud I can’t tell you how happy this series has made me. I have said it for years you boys needed to try the lifestyle, the fisheries, and get a little taste of gods country. From shotgunning beers to the pure satisfying look in yours boys faces taking it all in. Seeing a new tradition born puts a smile on this yoopers face. You Betcha 😂
Justin this series was ridiculously good. You're shooter/editor did a great job with the story and you boys brought the fish and entertainment as always. Super impressed. Good work. Thanks for making it
I think everyone can agree that we appreciate you and what you do. You gave me a better outlook on life after seeing you go through your hardships and staying so positive! Keep inspiring LFG!
This series was quite possibly your best work. Well thought out plan, well executed with your guide. The filming, the editing, and final cuts are beyond professional level. Great work and would completely love to see these series, where you and manager Matt are focused on mastering techniques of different species each time. Looking forward for more content!
LFG..I look so forward to your videos here and on Lake Life...the highlight of the week for me! Regardless of what's in the content, they are all first class and very enjoyable! I will say though, that these "series" that you have done...like "Unthawed" and your "New Zealand" trips are NEXT LEVEL QUALITY!! I've not done a lot of hunting, so I can't quite...taste the action like I can on the fishing ones, but your NZ footage captured the grueling treks up and down the Mountain as well as the apprehension/caution'worry about the rough terrain...and the pure, absolute JOY when you bagged your trophies. You made us all feel like we were RIGHT there living it with you. That, combined with the majesty and supreme beauty of NZ took my breath away...and for the scenic scope of that series I will give that New Zealand trip the edge. But, I'm a fisherman to my very soul! Been fishing 42 of my 45 years. I'm from MN so I ALSO love the drone shots you included of the beauty of "the Great North" in this series. I also really enjoy seeing you and Matt hanging out and fishing together. I love the entire squad, but your videos are a bit more serious and informative and absolutely my "cup of tea". I think I've heard you call yourselves team nursing home, which is hilarious; but with that comes a level of maturity and education that maybe isn't always present on some other channels. I hope you guys DO make it an annual tradition to venture up to our neck of the woods. Jeremy is a great stick as well and seems like an awesome guy to share a boat with. Everyone is plugging their own hot-spots for you to try out..so pardon me a moment while I put mine in for My home state as well. Mille Lacs Lake, north of the Twin Cities, has become an absolute Gold Mine. There are countless nice largemouth in that 3-5 range with 6's not uncommon...but let's face it...you get that at home. The real beauty of that lake is that it's FULL of Giant Smallmouth...4's & 5's all day with plenty of 6's and some 7's. It's a world class Walleye factory with many fish in the 8-10lb range. It's a mecca for Jumbo Perch in the 10-15" range. She's loaded with 20lb+ Northern Pike and it's one of the top 5 lakes in MN to get 50"+ Muskies. I know there are a million lakes and everyone has hot-spots to suggest...but if you guys ever have some time...look into Mille Lacs. You Wont be disappointed! God Bless, and Keep Fish'n!! :)
Between this incredible series, Hunting New Zealand, Africa and Colorado, it always seems as though your outdoing the previous series and its been awesome to watch. Thank you Justin and Safe travels.
I hope y'all had a great time up here in the Mitten! I hope everyone treated you kindly and you felt the true Michigan experience. As a Michigander its one of my favorite things to do what you guys have been doing in this series. Love the videos! Keep up the great work man so much respect for you!
Living in Michigan the Great Lakes and unlimited inland lakes are truly a blessing! Glad you enjoyed yourself! Come on back anytime. Try for some inland stream/river trout or the salmon run, it’s a fight you won’t forget! Love the channel!
Awesome series LFG! I love watching your videos. I’ve been to Michigan two times. No fishing hut always dreamed of it. I live in northern Vermont. Beautiful place, with mountains small lakes and ponds, and one big lake, lake Champlain, and amazing lake with history and scenery like none other. Keeps fishing the north! I love it!
Loved watching this series! I’ve lived in Michigan my whole life. Glad to see we can bring people in from across the country and share our great fishing/hunting with them. God bless!
I absolutely love this series. The Editing, Camera work, The challenges. all amazing. Had a documentary kind of feel, mixed with a couple friends going out fishing. The perfect blend
It was great to see fishing somewhere other than the South. Great seeing a predominantly small mouth video and all the other were slightly different. Thanks for always delivering LFG
You guys were in my back yard and I didn't even know it I've lived in the UP all my life it truly is a sportsmans paradise I loved the series you guys showed the UP in all of its glory
Man you guys are so lucky to be able to get together and fish and enjoy the fruits of your labor! To be able to do some dangling on the great lake and catch multiple species and cook it up the same day has got to be a memorable time in your life. Thanks for the video of the adventure. Hope y'all have many more opportunities to experience more of the same in the future.🤨✌️🇺🇲😎🙏 God Bless, and be safe in your travels.✌️🎣🦅😁
Idk why but rackley and flair were the last googans I followed but quickly became my favorites, thanks for showing the great lakes some love, blessed to live in Michigan with so much good freshwater fishing and all these beautiful fish. Lets see you get a muskie next
I loved this fishing mini series y’all did. It was a great watch and I hope you keep doing them. Congrats to manager Matt on catching his PB twice on on this trip, it was awesome to watch.
Love this video! You, Matt and Jeremy are a blast to watch. You could tell the chemistry between you guys got better and better.......he is one of the guys now! I EXPECT to see more of him! :P Happy Birthday! Do more please!
Redhorse sucker taste amazing smoked. Catch them during their spring river runs when they are at their sweetest. Brine them overnight and smoke around 200 degrees for a few hours.
Love, love, LOVE ... all your series, but the humbleness of LFG, MK and Mr. Bass Mafia is a GREAT Combo. Love the interaction and the razzing you guys have together? MK doesn’t like those Lake Michigan Rollers though! You guys need to make a trip over to Northern MN around Leech, Pokegama, and Winnie for the Walleye and Perch, maybe do a little Muskie Fishing to on Deer Lake .... just awesome fun and beautiful part of the Country. I’m from Missouri, but was up there working a construction project for a year and thoroughly enjoyed the fishing (hard and open waters), along with the nice Minnesota People in the Northern areas. Great places to stay and so many places to fish!!! Hit me up for some contacts up that way if you’d like.
On all suckers and northern pike in Mo. we scale the fish, then fillet them. Laying the fillets skin down you make slices 1/ 8 to 1/4 inch apart to the skin. (this is called scoring) Scoring causes the fillets to curl when fried thus making the many bones crispy. Learn this process and open your livewell to many bony and delicious fish in the future. I have learned many things from watching your videos. Just glad to attempt to repay. P.S. I am a retired teacher lol I should have waited until the end of video before giving my two cents worth of knowledge. I see you did score them.... remember scoring works great on northern pike also.
Oh great series 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤙🏻. I am thrilled for Matt’s PB x 2‼️ looks like a great place to fish. Thank you for such refreshing and funny videos. ~ Texas
Again another great one and I got so caught up in the triple shotgunning I had to pause it and join y'all, only problem is I don't drink beer so I grabbed my bottle of Turkey to shotgun and turned the pause button off and we had a 4 way toast. Thank god the bottle was only half full,Thank you Jake Bissel.
Hell of a video series!! I’m from Minnesota and I can’t beat the explosive summers of life goes from one extreme to the next and that is what keeps people coming back if u get the chance head towards the arrowhead of Minnesota fish some BWCA lakes that don’t see boats your mind will explode!!!
This man is awesome! My favorite member of the Googna Squad!
Getting older I can definitely relate with lakefork more than the rest haha
Im only 24 and i still like LFG the best. The kid shit can get annoying quick and idk i seem to learn more watching him.
oyeah he is way chiller to watch than all the other hyper guys.
do like flair as well tho. 😜👍
Definitely the best fisherman of the group
Easily the best, funny too
I got a bit teary-eyed when I realized it was the last video of the series. Very well done, super informative and superbly edited. Awesome job!
What? I didn't know it was the last one.
This Manager Matt and LFG friendship is what dreams are made of.
I agree. Like Laurel & Hardy.
You guys need to come to the west side of Washington and see what dreams are made of lol state record walleye is 20 lbs 6-10s caught weekly and smallmouth Mecca catching 5s in the marinas 🤘🏼
I can't agree more.
Rockies are a largemouth bass/bluegill hybrid
Couldn't agree more!!!
By far my favorite Googan, my top 2 channel behind SMC. Justin is just the most down to earth, most relatable TH-camr out there.
As a northeastern pa person, it’s hilarious to watch them freak out about 10 inch perch and 13 inch walleye😂
Me being from northern MN I have to agree...
Right I catch 18 inch walleye and sauger in the river behind my house all the time 😂
Even here in Utah I would use some of those perch for bait. We can not use live bait so cut bait it is.
Ya I'm from MN and when you catch a 13 in walleye you get mad because how small it is😂😂
Come on they were drinking michelob ultra what did you really expect
Everyone having a good time not a care in the world.
Matt: does anybody have service?
I know right. At first that was weird, then he wanted to check them wind. Then they left. Probably a good call.
You should really make a scent called “RACKLEY’S SNIFF”!!!!!! reply and like if you agree!!!!
I'd call mine Basso Profundo.
It would smell just like that candle I keep hearing about.
I love how the squad is transforming its videos into what feels like mini movies it’s incredible and makes for unrivaled content on TH-cam
Very true
whitey2shot pewpew and then there’s flair
im michigan born and raised and love watching people come here and enjoy the beauty this state has. loved it
LOVE LakeForkGuy, he inspired me to make my own fishing videos!
Jeremy seems like such a chill southern dude, who happens to be a legendary fisherman. Reminds me a lot of Hackney or Swindle. Must be amazing to hang and fish with him. Love the series 🤘🏻
Shout out to manager Matt!!! That was a freaking tanker!!!!!!! That was one of the coolest series from the Squad.
You put out arguably the best fishing content and overall just human goodness on YT. Thank you for this series i enjoyed every minute of it. You three really have the greatest chemistry and i look forward to future videos from yall!
Just friends havin' fun. This is what fishing is all about. Stay safe guys.

Loved the video Saginaw Michigan born go blue Pure Michigan..you men please keep pushing with 🙏🏾😷no words this video sums it all up....thanks
Manager Matt and LFG have quickly become my favorite fishing duo to watch. Team Nursing Home for the win.
Perch is for sure my favorite eating fish, thanks LFG for the great Northern Michigan Content, I’ll look forward to this series every year!
I love watching the videos where you fish up here in the north!!! Especially for smallmouth!
Me too. I'm ready for them to come back to the 100F Texas!
Glad to see you're enjoying the U.P., such a beautiful place, I'm blessed that I got to grow up there.
I'm from and still live along the lakeshore of lake Michigan in Michigan. I'm glad you got to enjoy the beauty the great lakes has to offer! I love living here! Come again!

Pearch gutted scaled and head cut off with lemon pepper butter and a squeeze of lemon is absolutely amazing
How do you not have millions of subscribers? Hands down my favorite googan. Your so humble and genuine. Thank you for the experience
Ok guys, inquiring minds need to know: if unfrozen means thawed, what does “unthawed” mean? 🤣🤣love the series regardless!!
uncapped
It just means it’s not frozen lol
@@kennyr6574 I think he means, because "thawed" means not frozen, "unthawed" would mean frozen.
English is hard
Frozen....
Living in Michigan the Great Lakes and unlimited inland lakes are truly a blessing! Glad you enjoyed yourself! Come on back anytime. Try for some inland stream/river trout or the salmon run, it’s a fight you won’t forget! Love the channel!

Might be the best series of videos you have done. Thanks for sharing!!

Great series. Everyone needs to experience northwoods fishing.
Used to snag suckers in the Spring in clear creeks near the Missouri boot heel area. Delicious every time!!
Love seeing the Smalley’s ! As a Tennessee boy we are blessed with big smallmouth and walleye but those views y’all had were phenomenal.
Oh yeah, rock bass! Ol' Redeye! One of my faves for the frypan.
Agreed we catch loads of them over here in Lake Champlain they’re very tasty
