PADDLEFISH Snagging {Catch Clean Cook} REWARD TAG $$

Paddlefish or spoonbills have been on mine and my dads bucket list of fish to catch forever. We head to Missouri for a short trip to pick up a jet motor and thought we ought to try our hand at snagging paddlefish. With rain in the forecast and basically having pure luck my dad ended up snagging a good fish just before we had to head back to the ramp. This fish is one of the weirdest fish I have ever seen. They do not have any bones and the spinal cord is actually removed while cleaning. We took our catch back home to see what these fish tasted like. We cooked it a few different ways to really get the flavor of the fish. I hope you all enjoyed this video. I still have to check one of these guys off my bucket list.
