I made the hot cocoa and the butter pecan ones for Christmas. I love chocolate and my dad is a butter pecan fan. I had 34 (I think) of the hot cocoa and approximately 40 of the butter pecan. We had maybe a dozen left combined after three Christmas gatherings and multiple compliments. They are keeper recipes. I'm looking forward to trying the carrot cake ones.Thanks!

I had a feeling they would work well but I wasn’t sure. They are absolutely delicious.

I’m from the US, but I love your channel! I think you have one of the best cooking/baking channels on TH-cam. You’re not fake like some of the other TH-camrs, and you have a great personality. I’ve been watching you since you had 200k subscribers, and it’s been amazing seeing your channel grow. Thanks so much for the awesome cookie recipes! I’m dying to try the pecan sandies, and the carrot cake cookies. I can’t have much sugar though, so I was wondering if I can use Sukrin gold (brown sugar substitute), or swerve brown sugar? I would also have to reduce the butter as well, in some of those recipe. I never use margarine, I always use butter, but I just reduce it by about a 1/3. Growing up I didn’t even know what margarine was, because my dad never let shortening, or margarine into our house, and one time I had to buy shortening specifically for a recipe when I was teenager, and he flipped his lid, and told me to take Satan’s creation out of the house, and that he wasn’t going to eat whatever it was I was making. Well, I ended up using butter, and turns out the recipe was really good with butter. The creator of the recipe insisted on shortening, and I’d never had it before, so I was curious. In my adult life I’ve had shortening, and margarine, and I hate it. 😂😂😂
