I would suggest you upgrade to a 200 cc or a 250 cc motorcycle first before going to Triumph scrambler, Triumph scrambler is a beautiful machine but the power that it produces can be overwhelming to you if you upgrade directly to that motorcycle.
You have a couple of options in that segment depending upon your usage and riding style. There is Yamaha Fz 25 , suzuki Gixxer 250 , Bajaj Pulsar 250 ns , TVS Ronin .
