Just watched the Eagles crush Collingwood in front of a 50% full house. . .we don't get too many AFL games up here in Canada so I watch when I can. Up here the pro sports are just starting up again and all the stadiums, hockey rinks and ball parks will be empty of fans for the time being. Love your new theme song. . .just learned it on my 12 string :) If we ever make it Down Under our visit will now have to include at least one trip to Optus stadium AND Mineral Resources park :)

The Eagles however were the team that pushed Adam Goodes (An indigenous bloke) the closest to retiring, with that infamous game at Subiaco where the whole stadium started booing if he went anywhere near the ball

They completely missed the point of a theme song. Your fans should be able to sing along to the song and enjoy singing it, this you can't do either. This is what happens when you get a band to do your theme song, it turns into just a song. Really hope they at least change it back to the previous one. It would be better to make a brand new one, one that's like the other footy teams, maybe like the bombers or just revert back to the original Eagles theme song, which I quite like.

This is a bad pop song and by all means post it as support but not as the club's melody. It's embarrassing and it pains me as an eagles supporter.

I love the added aboriginal influence and the change of words from “won’t die” to “will never die”. Love the words in the verses too but it’s even more passive than previous songs and I would love a song with more oomph and gusto to sing proudly for my club 💙💛
