That was not the easiest thing to do. Meaning this whole workout and the exercises that you showed. But I did as much as I could. I have been told that I have bone on bone arthritis in both knees, degenerative discs, a disc out of place and arthritis in my back. And also that the pain I feel at times in my right lower abdomen is deferred pain from my back. But I use a rebounder daily and have kettlebells that I use. I've also seen an urologist for overactive bladder and difficulty emptying my bladder. I somehow saw you on Instagram and decided to see if you have a TH-cam channel. So this was the first that I've followed along with you. I agree with you that breathwork is important though. And I look forward to learning more about what you are doing and how it can help me.
I have a question, does training the abs, specifically lower abs help combat prostate problems in men? Or is it only good to tighten up the lower area. I haven't found any studies confirming it so I thought u might know something since u seem to know a lot about it. Cheers
