Just like Zidane was when Real Madrid won the champions league in 2014 under Ancelotti. When Zidane left his side in 2015 they went trophyless. The same goes for Low and Flick, Germany haven't been the same after they won the world cup as he left.
Maybe Kovac wouldn't hv been sacked if he listened to Flick. I have seen someone say Kovac is a stubborn coach that barely listens to his subordinates.

Now we are stronger with new talents and experienced players for depth.
We have strengthened the wing and the centreback with good second options. High intensity pressing would mean that players would get tired quickly too. I hope the second choice players will play excellently. I just hope a good alternative striker is found. Lewa has a few good seasons in him but should be slowly transitioned out. Better to leave at the height of glory than to lose form and be snuffed out. I was scared for the midfield after Thiago left and Muller is getting old too. But the future is bright with Goretzka and Kimmich. God bless this team.

I've been watching and following Bayern since 2006 when I just started watching Football as an 8 year old. Bayern and Deutschland have always and will always be my teams. Thank you for this video! It's refreshing to watch a channel and analysis from someone who clearly has extensive footballing knowledge. I love Hansi! He is the perfect Bayern coach and I hope we can keep him for a long time. I only wish that Jurgi Lowe would take a hint from Hansi's game and tactics. If you are a fan of Deutschland and have been following the team for longer than 5 years, you know that this 4231 style of play is Deutschland's best style of play. I only wish that we utilized it more often. The hub of Schultz, Ginter, Sule, and Kherer or Klostermann is very similar to the one at Bayern. Sule and Ginter would play very similar to the pairing of Boateng and Alaba or Sule and Hernandez. Kherer or Klostermann would play more defensively, like Pavard, allowing Muller or Havertz to drift wide while playing behind Werner. And Schultz or Gosens, like Davies, is at his best when he is allowed to push forward, joining the attack and threatening the opposition's defense. Goretzka and Kimmich would play the same two mid roles that they do at Bayern. The same goes for Gnabry and Sane. And last but not least, if there is one young striker in the world, not named Mbappe, who's skill-set and marksman ability comes closest to that of Lewandowski's, it's Timo Werner.
A starting 11 of Neuer, Schultz or Gosens, Sule, Ginter, Kherer or Klostermann, Kimmich, Goretzka, Sane, Muller, Gnabry, and Werner. Plus you still have options like, Ter Steigen, Halstenberg, Klosterman or Kherer, Gosens, and another center back (sigh... I guess Tah or Koch. I don't like them, personally. I'd much rather he bring back Boateng or Hummels for experience and leadership off the bench, but Lowe seems to love playing them so... it is what it is), Can, Kroos, Brandt, maybe Gundogan, and Reus or another striker to bring on if needed.
That's a really good lineup. I'm confident that this team can win the Euro's as long as we use the correct tactics and correct players

Ich bewundere und liebe Robert Lewandowski. Ich bin sein Fan und das ist mein Landsmann. Thomas Müller und in jüngerer Zeit Goretzka tragen jedoch häufig zu Roberts Erfolg bei. Immerhin spielt Robert Lewandowski nicht alleine. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem guten Trainer, der guten Atmosphäre im Team und der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Spielern. Das muss gelingen.

Hansi Flick is the best manager in Europe. I believe he's man managing skills are underrated. Alot of the tactics you mentioned are basic tactics all teams use. Hansi is able to bring out the best in his players. Very resourceful and organized. He's more concerned about skill rather than age. He understands the game better than most coaches, thats why he is able to win the top trophy with reject players.

The Bayern team of 2021 is not the same anymore that won the CL. It remains to be seen if Hansi can integrate all the new players.

@@ErikGinting boateng hasn't sighed for anyone else yet and alaba will leave in jan at the earliest. That gives bayern time to look for new talent at the back.
@@Metawire61 well, we actually bought the backups in case they leave. Martinez is staying, Alaba might be around for this season. We have Sule and Hernandez for full back as starters if he leaves. Boateng will stay until this season and eventually will be offered a new contract (for a year or two imo). so CB position is covered. we need one more, just in case for squad depth as they all are injury prone. Thiago has been on the bench ever since Kimmich and Goretzka has been started in the pivot. Don't get me wrong here, Thiago is a beast and one of the best in the world but Goretzka is handling that well. We bought Roca to replace him and will gradually be the new Maestro, hopefully. Also, Costa will take care of right wing and Musiala is there to replace Mueller and left wing if needs be. also, Sarr will give that extra depth in the right back. So we are pretty covered for this season as well. Might get a player or two on Jan if any of them leave.
Barcelona should get Flick to coach the team. It will transform it.

Bayern would be foolish to let Alaba go. He can slide into a permanent CB spot with Sule or Hernandez. The right and left backs can be filled by Davies, Pavard, or any one else they want. The midfield will be an issue since they don’t really have a destroyer, but they never really needed one. I would start looking for Muller replacements. He’s still extremely productive but you should want a player to grow into the Sane, Gnabry, and co core.

Alaba can be replaced by Lucas Hernandez, who is a very capable left-footed CB with pace, similar traits to Alaba. There’s a reason why Bayern broke their transfer record for him, they knew the qualities of Lucas, the best defender at the best defensive team in Europe in Atlético.
