Looks fantastic. The eggs are kinda 'simple' (as in no special equipment) sous vide eggs... done quite a few batches of a take on the Starbucks egg bites . Cooked in a Sous Vide bath in little kilner jars. They have egg, cheese (your choice) and sour cream if I recall but you can really mix it up - and they are a very easy breakfast once you have them. Remove lid, microwave, apply to your preferred bread / wrap or not - serve with a side of bacon and / or sausage. That's just formed a plan for tomorrow.

I love that you are willing to let things like the egg problem stay in your videos and not recook and reshoot. Even with the eggs in two sections I could tell that deliciousness was happening. Cooking involves a lot of adapting, improvising, and overcoming. Well done, Sam and crew.

I’ve been watching Sam the cooking guy for a really long time. from something to take my mind off of a bad day, to learn some good recipes or just pure entertainment- I can always count on Sam’s well constructed cooking videos to do the trick. watching these videos has helped me learn so much about the cooking world and about myself! So much so that I’ve been exploring my arousal during these videos, something about watching the drawn out cooking process really turns me on. Recently, my boyfriend and I have been watching your videos (which is very exciting!) and incorporating them into our foreplay which has added a whole new dynamic to our sex life. getting it on in the kitchen which we watch sams cooking videos has strengthened our relationship to no end. Don't understand how Sam and boys stay so slim. I have drawn so much inspiration from Sam's recipes, over the years. And, like Sam, Breakfast is my favorite meal, except when we are talking Italian dinner.

A rather entertaining episode! btw...the Statement is awesome...cut the Christmas rib roast with it...the extra length makes slicing easier. I would buy the bread knife but it's way to short for slicing a decent size loaf of bread.
I must say, have just bought one of your knives, they are top quality. Just forget about the blade for one second, we'll get to it soon. The handle, oh man, that was the selling part. A friend told me how she bought a 2k knife and it was disintegrating so I gifted her a Same knife. Best knife she has ever owned EVER! Just get one guys.
Looks freakin yummy! Pretty sure that egg recipe is how they do it here in Korea. Many restaurants serve a side dish just like that (for free!) with your yummy bbq meat or soup or fish or what have you.
I just watched an Americas Test Kitchen chef make a kimchi, avocado and steamed egg breakfast sandwich. She sprayed a metal 8x8 pan, then poured in the eggs and steamed them in the oven like you did. Then let it cool 10 minutes before inverting the pan onto a cutting board. Maybe this method would work out better for you next time 🤞 I absolutely love watching your videos. Thank you for all you do 😊

When you use parchment with a thin batter you need to spray the sides down with non-stick spray to make the parchment adhere to the sides.
