I didn’t get mine until the new lid was already in production but I will be getting a flow filter- been using Brita & pur water bottles with filters & I definitely CAN taste a difference without one
Another benefit to that handle is the cap can be locked under there out of the way.
after all the complaints which we were told it was the way we used the bottle, they should send us a new lid with O ring since we faithfully stuck with their product!
What bottles are you using (the bigger bottle, not the Cirkul stainless bottle)? I can down 22oz (which is not 22 oz once add the filter and sip due to water displacement), so I feel I am constantly refilling my bottle..Love your Cirkul videos, BTW!

I Just Recently Got A Cirkul And I Actually Started To Notice What Looks Like Mold In The Top Of My Sip After Only A Few Days Of Having It. Is This Something You Have Ever Noticed?
Email Cirkul a picture, sometimes it’s just a collection of sucralose dried in the mouthpiece but typically takes anywhere from a month or more to form mold in my testing. They say throw it out after 10 days though. They’ll make it right regardless, Good luck!
Ok, try drinking from it and then set it on the table without closing the little top lid.mine will set there and make a popping noise and will also act like a vacuum and dribble water out the spout.
I feel like it’s hard to get water into my mouth with the flow filter on. I’m so confused as to why tho

So...I just got mine today... not fully understanding this...but I figured it out...but while having the filter on, and no cartridge...I found a fault....THE WATER DOES NOT PASS THROUGH THE FILTER completely... I'm guessing cirkul never considered it, the water is not forced to go through the filter but through the air vents the bottle has...so take your cartridge out, turn the bottle upsidedown over the sink and watch where the water goes out when it gets low...
I buy gallons of filtered water from Walmart as I can’t stand to drink my tap water at home as it smells like rotten eggs although I’m told is is not harmful I can’t stomach it even with a filter but maybe I’ll try this product with the water I buy . Maybe it will somehow enhance the flavor:) worth the $8 to give it a try . That way when I drink tap water at my parents and at work it’s filtered :)
Have one. Have had for a few months. Ordered another one. Just not sure how long to use it before replacing. I use bottle water. Haven't tried it with tap water.
1 month use for each filter, check the wrapper for all tube important info. Tap water is disgusting in my neighborhood and with the filter in my other video you get a real reaction when I forget the filter lol

Bought a stainless steel bottle with a filter that came with a redesigned comfort grip lid. I sucked half a cartridge in, almost NO airflow. The slightly larger inside valve is useless without the hole at the top. There's a pinhole under the "handle" where the airflow comes out. The old lid I can clean with a pipe cleaner, and it goes straight through (after removing the smaller gasket).

Question: I got the bottle that came with the trial, I looked inside and it didn’t have a O ring, not to mention it doesn’t have the lock thing to use a water filter. Do I have to order another kid to get one that has the lock for the water filter? Or am I missing something about the current lid I have?
How can i get my new lid to stop getting air in the bottle, then I can't sip? I have too keep opening the lid over and over again in order to be able to sip from it.

Just got a filter. It seems to create an air gap between the sip and the water and messes with the flow of the water.
Yah, I felt the same way, it also ended up giving me chestpains probably because I was sucking down more air than water
@@camillawissner6358 Mine seemed to have a breaking in period, perhaps once it was truly saturated, and worked fine after that. But after a while I decided that Cirkul flavors weren't for me and I don't really use it anymore at this point.
Hi. I just bought one today and the flow is not good. i have to suck on it really hard to get the water out. I looked under the lid and it no longer has a flat plastic stopper to remove and put back like in your video. Is there a way to get better flow with the current lid? Thanks!
I noticed my lid air valve wasn’t making same noise as original lid did. The air valve is different also. Not a round disc. I don’t know if it’s because I’m used to the noise and thinks that is what make it work (😅) but I feel like it’s letting more air in and my sips get used up quicker. Maybe just in my head. Maybe I’m just drinking more. What is your experience with new air valve?
Seems hit or miss but consistently loud when I use ice.
What is the life expectancy of the flow filter
They are meant for 30 days or I believe 20 gallons.
What sips flavors would you recommend for a 6 year old boy? My son sees me enjoying my Cirkul & wants his own, so I'm thinking about getting him the small bottle with the sleeve to keep it cold. 🙂

Ordered the filter, they sent a regular lid, contacted them abd they sent the same regular lid....

Hey I had a question I did the free trial and I ordered sips as the subscription service but the sips that came with the trial only lasted 2-3 bottles of the cirkul water bottle and my cirkul water bottles leaks and doesn’t have a gasket on the inside of the lid.
Gasket is only needed with stainless steel bottles. Email Cirkul they will make it right if you didn’t get 6 bottles out of the trial sips
How do I change my subscription flavors?
Log in and go to your plan, should be able to change there like I just did.
Are you using an Infuze bottle? I didn't think they were compatible...but if they are, I'll have to use my old one that is just sitting around since I gave up Infuze on account they leak all the dang time.
I use a bunch of bottles but 1 of them is an Infuze vessel, yes.

A flow filter doesnt fit in the bottle i use most of the time. Too much space i cant use for my ice.
I got the starter kit and my sips only lasted about 4 days each wile only set at 4, is that normal or do I just drink too much water? It doesn’t seem worth the $15 per 4 sips for me.
The comparison to drinking 1 every 2 days works out to being cheaper than drinking 3 sodas a day. You get about $0.52 per fill up as opposed to $1.00 per soda. It may not seem like you are saving money but you are AND you’ll feel better and lose weight just from cutting out the sugar!
I just received my start up Cirkul clear bottle with the new top. I also have Hint water is used than tap water. My water is set on #7 for my taste. I really like Cirkul company because I do have a lot of individual juices to select with my monthly subscription. Thanks for sharing how to use the filter. Be Safe

My lid makes noises (new lid). Ran thru dishwasher. Still does it. What do i do?

I have the starter bottle and it make noise when I drink out of it. How can I fix it so it dont make noise
The new lid eliminates that noise but with the existing one you have to remove the small plastic air valve at the back of your lid, rub it between your fingers then put it back in and give it a try

Did you order a stainless lid? If not you have to add it to your next order. If it was supposed to be, email them and please BE PATIENT!

Does anyone know if the plastic water bottle sweat I work in a warehouse and like having ice in my bottle
My sons small plastic cirkul bottle sweats a bit, but I have the big metal cirkul bottle & it doesn't. I have ice in it & its laying on my bed.... been there for hours (keeping my ice just as well as my yeti bottle) no leaks, no sweat, & no wet spots from it🙂
