      This channel teaches a
      rotation type swim not flat. The guest outlined the pull phase while flat.

    These pod casts are just too long for me to sit through. I prefer a short version that is more of an outline. So, for this one, there is over reaching, and under reaching in your arm pull. Interesting comment about the hand tending to rotate in towards the body with a lot of swimmers. This is worse, by a lot, in back stroke.
