Peru, famous for many reasons. Wonders of the world that people travel from anywhere and everywhere to feast their eyes. But that’s not what our journey is about. We’re going behind the billboards, posters and travel agents. To the real, raw, wild and truly epic regions of this country that many sadly miss.
From sand dunes taller than buildings, to mountains and roads scraping the atmosphere, this Six week adventure will challenge us in new ways as we cross the most diverse landscapes we’ve ever seen.
I realise that whenever I watch your videos that I sit there with such a big grin in my face. Because you guys are just living my dream just telling the story in such a perfect way. And I just want to say thank you
One of the best overland video's on You Tube.
This is my first time finishing a two-hour video without fast-forwarding or skipping. Thank you for the great work. Please keep it up .
That’s so awesome! We’re so happy you enjoyed it 🙌🏻
You two have the best "overland/vanlife" content on the web!!!!
Huge compliment, thank you!!
this is the best travel content on youtube atm. its just real and not over the top and its cool and out there and shows me things i may never get to see.
Thank you!!
I LOVE your content. You’re literally an inspiration and a literal definition to the word “travel”. You are the richest people I’ve ever seen (I wish I knew personally). I keep telling my friends and family about your channel and I swear to the honest God Jesus, I tell them “this is exactly how I would travel when I hit the lotto”
You guys are so blessed that you are doing this when you’re young, cause when u get a few more years under your belt, you have major hesitations and mental road blocks that seem immovable at times. God bless you for what you’re doing and for the inspiration that you give to the rest of us. You are truly a godsend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ditto!
Wooowwww!!! Comments that force us to read it again 5-10 times. This is the reason we love doing what we do. Thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts. We appreciate you being here with us!! 🙌🏻🙏🏼
@@ToyotaWorldRunners Thank you very much for the compliment! You expressed your passion and admiration in a very vivid way. You're right, exploring the world and sharing experiences is an unparalleled joy. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore and grow, and I was honored to do it. Thank you for your unending cheer and support!
_Hello I am peruvian, I love your video from the beginning to the end. I love your great work and the poetic words during your journey inside of those remote places. Those mountains have an spirit inside. Incas knew that ans saw the world as "Cosmovision Inca" . I am totally sure that you felt the power and spirit of those mountains and deserts. In Peru, before trekking or peregrination we offer "pago a la Pachamama" what is offering some food and asking for permission and protection to mother-nature ( Pachamama). Your admiration and respect shown in your video, is a "pago a la Pachamama" . It is a way of giving back what you saw and felt while traveling. Thanks for your work and dedication. Thanks again_
Bro I was waiting. For another AWESOME video, I have Parkinson’s and are limited on lots of things due to the level of this , but I feel like I’m the camara guy hanging out with you guys.
I used to be camera guy back in the 90’s early 2000.
🙏🏻gob bless you guys and the journey.
I’m getting me tea and the adventure begins.
U don’t know what this means to me . 👍🏻🫡ty
We’re so happy to be that outlet for you! Stoked to have you with us for the journey 🙏🏼🤙🏼
Thank you so much for your sincere compliments! Your admiration and passion are truly a great motivation for us. You have shown that exploring the world is not just a distant dream but can become a reality. Sharing our experience with your family and friends is truly valuable and appreciated. We are grateful for your support and blessings. You are a great inspiration and we feel very lucky to be able to do this. Thank you very much!
🥰 Wow!! Thank you for this.
My Beautiful Relatives, there are no words too describe, " Beauty " , but beauty itself. ⚡🦅⚡🌞⚡

Haha awesome! We’re glad you enjoyed it
First of all I would like to say that we love both of you and all the hard work you have done to share this great adventure with us. I just want to clarify that the inca gods are nothing to be associated with and that only Jesus Christ who is the real eternal God that will save us eternally. We will continue to lift you both in prayer. You are both special people and we love you.
Best travel channel on TH-cam. I dont get to travel much, so i just watch your videos and enjoy the adventures. The chemistry between you two lets us see you truly enjoy not only each others company but the adventure you are on. The drone shots while you are driving are a nice touch, and the drone shots of the landscape are amazing. We will be watching from N.C. every time you put a new video out.
Wow, thank you so much! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts 🙏🏼 and we will happily continue to make more films!
Cebiche juice !!mmm with the lime cilantro sea salt and lemon pepper garlic 🧄 the rest is un secreto uuuu y con carucho.
WOW WOW WOW, another breath taking adventure, that highway LOL was something else,my Tacoma would love it. Whats with all the clothes? dumped along the? Greetings from Maple Ridge. Stacey, you are absolutely amazing ❤❤❤❤
Your Tacoma would love the Pan-Am!!!
Pink lakes are often caused by a combination of salt-tolerant algae and bacteria that produce pigments. The algae, such as Dunaliella salina, produce carotenoids to protect themselves from UV rays in the salty environment. The bacteria, called halobacteria, use a protein called bacteriorhodopsin to absorb energy from the sun, which gives them a rosy pigmentation. The less water a lake has, the more concentrated the salt becomes, and the brighter the pink color.
🤘🏼🤘🏼
you will find them also on France, specifically in the Camargue area ! The pink flamingos love them !
Wow this one blew my socks off! Ya'll, this was on my bucket list of places to travel to! The scenery was magical and holy wow do I want to see it first hand even more. The highway ya'll traveled on was very daunting for this wheelchair bound old lady. Life happens, things change in the blink of an eye and your whole world changes. Everything you counted on doing has to be put on hold for a massive change, but I made myself a promise to go far and above what the doctors expect from me. I WILL get back on the road, but I'm going to stay stateside until I'm comfortable with the, hopefully insurance approved, artificial leg.
I'm so happy ya'll did this video. The million dollar views are spectacular! Looks like sliding the dunes might just be the icing on the cake, that looked like so much fun. Who says you cant have fun like that at 63! The villages looked like the best way to experience the culture. I have to say i was surprised by the amount of trash even way out in the middle of no where. Peru is a treasure and tourism could be much better without all the trash, even way up in the mountains. Your first night camping showed how much the people could change their environment just by being careful with the trash. I hope to one day get the all clear from my cardiologist to be able to go up higher than 1,000 ft, but that mat never happen and thats ok because there are so many things to see in the USA that it might be a while before i see real mountains, lol. Ya'll be safe, happy trails and safe travels out there!
We’re so happy you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts 🙏🏼 cheers!
Greetings once more from the sunny south Okanagan. Thanks for the travelogue compilation, it was once again - amazing. Especially the drone footage of the canyons, my goodness that's impressive to say the least. Safe travels you two.
Thank you so much! It’s hard not to get a bit of vertigo sometimes 😂
I instantly became a sub while watching your epic Peru trip going to the ends of the earth that few ever do. The commentary & editing is perfect. Watched your Guatemala trip and now watching your Mexico trip…land of waterfalls, simply amazing. Can’t wait to see your Patagonia trip, I’ve been talking to my wife about that part of the world for years. Keep up the great excursions. Sub for life, thank you for the incredible content. Highly recommend this channel.
Wow! We’re so happy you’re enjoying the films. Thank you so much for commenting and for being with us!

There are no words. No adjectives, as Matt said. ❤
Watched few episodes before this one, and just like the other ones, this video offers dramatic scenery, offroad adventure, great drone shots. Glad that you guys switching driver for long trip such as this one.
another gem 💎
I would not have been surprised if you found the Martian Rover. Not a sprout for miles. Even the cacti abandoned it. It's so beautiful!!
Finally caught up with the series and been waiting for a week for the new video and blessed with 2 hours plus! Now have to wait till tonight to watch it with a couple IPA’s.
Love to hear it!! In need of some good IPAs

🙌🏻🙌🏻
Living the dream!!! Amazing amazing i love the camper life , it Is answer
wonderfull paradise. very fantastic, big rock mountain.
OMG! You're killing me. Back in the 90's I got a '77 Chinook (only just factory 20R and specs), but I rebuilt the coach and lived in it for 3 plus years. I traveled all over North America, BC, Alberta, etc. But your camera and drone footage of this most astounding country and adventure of Peru is pretty much second to none. Thankyou, I almost feel inspired to try something on a smaller scale, and even at my quickly aging paradigm. All the blessings LOVE and safety that God, fate and man can afford you as you continue...🥰
Haha yes do it!! Thank you for watching we’re glad you enjoyed it!
What an awesome documentary guys. Simply superb

Another great movie from the two of you - proud does not describe how we feel about what you are producing and the kindess you can prove to the world is possible. I may just have to put this on loop on the bigscreen and Cali and I will share some popcorn for a rainy Van Island Day. As always - much love 💚
🤍🤍🤍
Thank you bro
Truly epic❤ loved it, love living vicariously through you both! Pink lakes, Nazca Lines, Smurf Villages and pseudo King of Hammers... Wow wow wow.... So much fun😍❤️😍❤️

this is your best video yet, best country yet for sure. Quite the adventure you are on! Worth all the work for a lifetime of memories. Curious what will be next for you two after this trip is completed
Thank you! We will be doing Alaska next
Your content is sooo good I’m willing to watch it twice! lol that bbq as well plus I can’t get over the size of that steak. Here in Ontario that steak would cost $100 in Zehrs.
Hah yes! Watch it three times! 😂 and leaving the land of cheap steak is going to be hard…
✨ fantastic film 💙
Magnifique ❤❤❤❤
Genial video❤🎉
May be you already known this 1:17:13 , but the pink / bubble gum lake is from single-celled halobacteria photosynthesis in very salty water. You can see the same thing in Utah’s Salt Flat or Potash location
Love from Nanaimo!!!
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
very nice
nice video from philippines
Ya all make the greatest videos hands down. And bagged eggs, you just need to stash an egg carton on the Chinook next time you get a chance.
Yes!! If we can remember, great idea
Awesome place and video. The pink lake is lake Titicaca ,and there is others. It's caused by red sandstone full of iron oxide.
Its weird to see the old starlink base 🤣
😂 crying at this. RIP
Wonderful filmmaking! You both have really come a long way... duh!🤣
😂 we sure have!
y'all should be at 770k subs not just 77k subs . amazing content .
Let’s gooooo!!
Wow guys!!! I wish I was there!!! But please, next time give us information about the roads you took, fuel prices, food prices, what navigation sistem you used and everything we should now, before planing an expedition like this!!!
Anyway, thank you and take good care of you!
We will incorporate more in our next adventure. For these films, we wanted to do something a little different from the norm. Thanks for the suggestions though!
Looks lovely. And dangerous.
But did you see Paddington 😂
If you can drive in Peru , you can drive anywhere in the world, from what I am seeing
A fact!
Thak you
