I think you should have done the fitting of everything off camera first.

does the holes on the molle lok line up with the holes on the tek lok?

They ship screws that are too fucking small! The screws should at least another 4 mil bigger!
Can that Also Fit on a Belt ?
Can fit, but will fit very poorly. The belt clip I start showing about @3:40 is what you are looking for.
