This is a load of bull, •you will never see a family dollar look that nice, they’re always in ghetto areas and are always dirty •the store will never look that full, the shelves are always empty and practically everything is opened or there’s empty boxes on the shelves •the employees are never that nice, 8/10 are stoned teenagers or really rude. •the customers are never nice. Normal people don’t shop there. I only see, homeless people,tweakers,stoners andhookers in the stores plus about every 6/10 customers steal from the store every day. I’ve been to many family dollar locations across 4 states and I can say it’s not a very nice store or a very pleasant shopping experience. If you want a good dollar store, go to 5below or dollar tree
(Odd-Moss) Well thats because youve never been to a store with a crew that has motivation for the store. Although i agree with you, a lot of FD stores are poorly kept. Whenever you see one ask for the district manager because even if the crew cant handle the store, the DM should be doing their job and see this and make moves to get the store where it needs to be buuuuuuut unfortunately some dont. I work for FD and our store is clean, well stocked, &we have an amazing crew, its all about whos working for that store, and for the ones that dont FD corporate needs to open their eyes and take a look because like i said I agree with you, some things need to change.
