I've had it for a week and unfortunately, no review mentions its 4 biggest problems. 1) The robot doesn't clean, for example, under the cabinets in the kitchen, where below the cabinets it has a space deep inside which is a baseboard. Despite the fact that it can easily go there, it doesn't do so because it "thinks" it won't fit, so it leaves a strip the width from the cabinets to the baseboard unwashed and unvacuumed. My previous Viomi V3 robot had no such problem and always made it all the way. 2) Returning to the kitchen environment, it is enough to leave the cabinet door open above the floor and the robot will no longer pass under it. Although it is free to pass under the door, it will not do so and will go around in an arc to avoid it, leaving an untidy area. Once again, the Viomi V3 has no such problem and passes freely under the door. It seems to judge perfectly the space under which it will fit, something the T20 Omni can't do. And both have lidar on top. 3) The robot turns on the dry mops every time it is about to leave for the station. It doesn't matter if it has mopped before or just vacuumed, it always puts the mops on the floor and drives to the station that way. 4) The robot or the app blocks the selection of cleaning programs even if the robot has finished cleaning and is at the station. The app reports that the robot is cleaning even though it finished a long time ago and does nothing (no, it does not recharge to continue cleaning). This can be circumvented by turning on the "Autonomous Mode" program when selected, which will prompt whether to interrupt the cleaning in progress and start another program. There is no other option to interrupt the robot's erroneous status. Perhaps not as another problem, but it is worth mentioning that the robot's voice assistant (Yiko) responds poorly to commands during cleaning. While cleaning, it drowns itself out and you can shout to it to catch on and pause what it's doing while waiting for a command. This works better when the robot is sitting in the station and it is quiet. The number of commands is also very limited compared to the cleaning options available in the app. I hope that these rather significant problems will be fixed with an update to the robot's software and the app itself, because the biggest problem is that the robot leaves spots untouched mistakenly assuming that it won't fit somewhere. For now, I'm disappointed with the "intelligence" of the T20 Omni robot, and I have to turn on the Xiaomi Viomi V3 vacuum cleaner to vacuum some places, because the Ecovacs T20 Omni doesn't want to clean where it mistakenly assumes it won't fit.
Hello Sir, I have a Ecovacs Deebot T20, and am trying to use it on multiple floors. Do I have to take the charging base to different floors to use it? It's quite heavy. If I only take the robot to a different floor without the charging station, after cleaning, the robot will keep trying to go back to the charging station. After a long time of looking, it will stop and say it can't find the charging station.
Hi, is there any model with rotating mops , whitch are the best so far , but without the huge charging station ?. Just a simple vaccum, with good mops, auto lift mopping, 4,000 pa, floor map of course. In spite you really are the best company, the simplest the machine, less risk that stop working well or get confuse. I will aprecieted a dual voltage, we in southamerica, have 200v, and we use vacuum robots also. Thanks
Ugh. This is the dumbest purchase I've ever made. I work in China, but had I realized this was Chinese I would've opted out. It's just dumb - it doesn't see table or chair legs, or balusters. I just hate watching it operate, but if I don't it will jam a hundred times.

I'd love to try it! #Ecovacs #Tryazon
Doesn't look like it's available yet. Only question is, would be pricier that its predecessor?
Why you don't use AIVI detecting obstacles techlonogy? Why you use TrueDetect? Is Deebot X1 OMNI better than Deebot T10?
Why is there no accessories storage box like there was for the X1????? Or was mine just missing completely?
Does it have Customised schedule feature?

Why isn't there an UV light on the bottom to help sanitize?
Split second uv light aint helping anyway.
When you are gonna start to sell your robots in Türkiye? Thanks
wanna own one
I wish this were German. Nobody cares about talking to it and stupid marketing ploys.
Unfortunately products don’t last. They are ok out of the box but it does have a lot of issues. I would not buy an ecovac again.
Don’t buy this product in UAE.
No warranty service support in UAE.
Have the T8 and it's garbage. App is garbage and have to rescan the whole house after 3-4 cycles as it will reset the map.
