Gosh! Was that Derek Jacobi at 3:19. Wonderful choir but having heard the original all my life the arrangement was a tad technical considering the song has taken on the status of a hymn, almost a lament...slow, meandering, meaningful...and on toward hope...rethink, feeling, repost.
The smiles add a lot .Two guys smiled beautifully .Please smile more !!!A bit less piano forte .Again putting in a solo act would have been good .Keep up the good work!
You know nothing. It's a wonderful rendition, different and a welcome version so please stay down under and go catch a dingo before he eats your baby 😅
I love this song, but I did not care for this rendition, the melody was flat and un-inspiring, and abrupt at certain points. I wish they had sung it the original way. Good effort from the vocalists but a bad composition by the musical director/conductor.
Great! Thank you very much for this music full of hope - Greetings from Germany!
Your panoramic chords identify you immediately. A wonderful rendition of a favourite song. Thanks guys.
Not your average boring song!!! I love it!!! What a fantastic chorus, director, and accompanist!!!
The "BGMC" never fails to deeply move me....Your beauty and music is always very stirring....Love from Ohio.....
Goosebumps and even a few tears.....this is so beautiful!
Very nice indeed.
Only chorus in the world where the director puts his name in huge letters on the intro page. Ego.
I disagree! Beautifully sung and beautifully directed Sing on!!
Fantastic love it
Wonderful
Sharp!
Vocally and musically, it wasn't totallly to my taste but it brought tears to my eyes nonethelss.

Amen!
What on earth was the pianist accompanying?
He was also the arranger of this version. The chorus did the best they could with this poor version of the song.

A beautiful ballad marred somewhat by this attempt to 'make it our own'. Sorry, it didn't work for me.
Greetings from New Zealand, love these guys but not this rendition, a beautiful stirring song spoilt, far too busy!

beautiful voices but I don't like the arrangement. The subject needs sweetness and feeling.

I sort of feel the same way. As far as piano versions go, I'll stick to Nina Simone.
