There are a couple of people that have made homophobic remarks on here. The question is why are they watching this video? Oh, and by the way these men are not disgusting or weird .
Sure they're watching it, and you know what, they enjoyed it, because this is a glorious piece of musical theater. Grumbly homophobia is came afterward, they were ashamed of how much they loved and admired the performance.

I'd rather be a Cockette with Divine and the others from the 1960s! Those were the days! In fact I invented the word when I was a teen in the 1960s before I knew about them.
It would have been more awe inspiring had they included a tap piece as part of the first Rockette dance... When they wore the green dresses. Possibly just me... Wonderful all the same.
Can't even BEGIN to imagine the number of rehearsal hours/days/weeks it took to get this as close to perfection as anyone could have ever imagined!! Absolutely SPOT-ON SPECTACULAR!!!
Utube very probably presume that you might sort of be gay deep inside, accessory rather keen on singing. Probe deep within yourself you should, all the way to accept that your ultimate dream is to be Violetta the Traviata, singing "Sempre libera" in a red twirling skirt on stages like the Scala, the Met and the Opéra Bastille in Paris. Many years ago, I had a friend in the Chorus. Went to the Christmas concert several years. It was always a great show with beautiful props and backgrounds, many made by my friend and his partner.

This is so amazing .... WOW .... to pull off the Rockette's signature dance moves on a tiny stage ... BRAVO!!!! I just was wondering if they had a Rockette to choreograph that number!!
I love the Rockettes and have seen them live twice and hooray for these guys to realize their dream and they looked great. I also would have loved to be a Rockette but alas I am only 5’2”. Too short. Well done fellas.
lived in Los Angeles, and loved watching their presentation everywhere, now living in Puerto Rico and hopefully will make it to Los Angeles again to see these FANTASTIC presentations that they always do. THANK YOU!
A couple of years prior to this video we did do this with guys in drag. My personal opinion, after singing in both concerts, I much prefer this production. All of the young ladies, except for one, Michelle Benton who is one of the instructors with the school, who danced with the men were part of or were past members of the Creative Planet School for the Arts. They were really a great addition to this show.
IMO not everything "gay" has to have drag in it ... In this case, Again IMO, they would have distracted from David Knebel dream ... and this allowed him to wonderfully show it off by himself ...

I simply meant that it would have been fun to have an all male cast because I'm a straight female and I LOVE watching men dance 😀 IMHO there's something very sexy about a guy who dances...ex: Michael Jackson, John Travolta, etc. But I love watching women dance as well...I love ANYONE (male, female, straight, gay, bi, black, white, drag, etc) who knows how to move around and entertain! It's all about having fun and it doesn't matter who's doing it 🎶💃🎭🎤👫 I hope I've explained it better 😉

They would astronauts and closer to the stars. The rocket makes the jouney and the astronaut enjoys it.

Male dancers would have been great, but they certainly made up for it by having the Toy Soldiers doing high kicks 😁👯
