Our company produces rubber molds (veneers) for the production of decorative artificial stone and molds for the production of concrete products of various use. The way we produce our veneers is unique and innovative. They are produced at the temperature of 160 degrees Celsius and the pressure of 200 bars. This production is very effective and the veneers produced this way has better characteristics than the mold produced by a casting system. The rubber mold quality is equal to the quality of the tires because it is made of the same material.
We have started with this production process six years ago and throughout this period we have perfected the way of producing molds and got the perfect one with outstanding characteristics. Molds made of silicone latex polyurethane have no better characteristics. Preparation time and testing the quality of the rubber lasted two years. Rubber veneers as well as molds have CE. Watching our video you can see the simplicity of decorative stone production. It is important to notice that our rubber molds concerning the quality have a very acceptable price and eventually are less expensive than any other molds. As we keep mold designs, even after several years when needed the same model is available. Molds are made to customer specification. These models remain the property of the customer and have no further use. Mold designs we offer are our product and they cannot be bought anywhere else.
The main characteristics of rubber stone veneer molds are:
- Hardness of the rubber mold is 40 shores
- Wear resistant
- UV resistant
- During the mold production all the air is displaced to avoid the fungi that can appear on the final product
The mixture can stay in molds up to couple of days
- Before filling the molds they have to be sprayed with water
- Even after a long-term use molds would not lose their original form
- Especially good for wall paneling because of their excellent precision
- Molds are exceptionally elastic and flexible
- Molds have been in use for five years without loss of quality so therefore we give a five year warranty of continuous use.
- Molds have the certificate of validity of rubber
- Molds are produced in black and gray rubber
The price of the mold depends on the weight of the mold and it is 12eu per 1kg per mold
The minimum order is 1m2
If a receiving order is for 10m2 and more, delivery will be within 15 working days. Preliminary invoice will be sent immediately to the customer’s address. When the goods are ready the original bill will be sent. After receiving receipt of payment the buyer organizes the process of taking the goods; packaging molds on a pallet and smaller quantities in cardboard boxes. Customers outside the EU do forwarding services in Croatia. The buyer bears the costs of shipping and transport.

I used to manufacture this stuff for about 5 years or so. We started with thick molds like this, but later switched over to smooth-on latex material that you brushed on to your stone positive. You developed layers little by little till you got the desired thickness. Wayyy more easier to de-mold poured stone. The coloring (iron oxide based pigments) we also applied dry to the mold textures before pours so it wouldn't wash out or become too faint during the filling and vibration. Corner molds are kind of tricky, if you don't get the mix just right it becomes kind of obvious that it was done in 2 pours, first one side, then the other. Because you have to wait awhile for the 1st pour to firm up enough to flip the mold upright to pour the 2nd leg of the corner. We found by trial and error that if you add extra addmixture designed for faster curing to the cement you could use the same batch to pour the 2nd leg, at the same time break and blend that settle line to the 2nd leg. Result is a perfect seamless transition for corners. No seams, no color gradient, no lines.

I can't say for sure what "they" are using here, but for us we used a dry form of a dye. It was a dry oxide based coloring. I'd have the girls gather their coloring in the morning and as the stone veneer is broken out, the molds cleaned, with a brush they would apply the dry coloring to the details of the stone in various random patterns. Then later down the line another girl would give it a once over to blend it all. The coloring was more potent when applied dry (concentrated). So when the cement mixture is added later down the line it didn't wash the coloring out with the wet mix and vibrating.

Are you using lightweight aggregate in your mix? What's the mix ratio you are using?

الوان بودرة(مسحوق) يقع خلطها بكمية من الماء. او استعمل علب الوان دهان الحائط teinte مع اضافة الماء حسب ماتريد لانها الوان مركزة

Corner stones are made by filling one side of the mold first, letting it set up for a time, then when it was stiff enough to stand up on its own the mold is flipped up 90 degrees so you could pour the second leg. Corners are often the trickiest to do. Back when I manufactured this stuff years ago, you would have to keep a mix "floating" above the set point so you could reuse that mix for second leg. In order to color match both legs of the cement mixture. Additionally there is always a "set line" that you had to break and blend together so it didn't show up the next day when you broke the corner out of the mold. Otherwise it became obvious it was poured in two settings because of that faint "line" or discoloration line that would appear.
I should also comment that I don't or didn't work for this company that made this video. I worked for a company here in the US that manufactured the same thing.

Tienes k hecharle aceite o grasa al molde para q.salga facil y el.cemento tiene ke ser 40% cemento y 60% arena
