This is a supportive product, it aids the shock absorbers. We have done hundreds of fitments & this issue has not been reported so far. We have also done premium cars like Mercedes c200, G class, M class, Audi Q3, A4 & Porsche Cayman. If your shockers is week though, then it might be a coincidence that some one fitted the product and they had a leak later. Please also check if he gentleman has used Rogerab or any other Buffer
