Thank you so much for your comment. We are in Oyo State, Akinyele Local government to be precise. An acre costs between #300,000 to #1m, depending on the proximity. In fact, those realtors now sell a plot as high as a million naira!

When you buy your own land, it's advisable you employ a security and do a galvanized fencing. Its good to prepare for threats in time of peace.
