Moon dance is not Buble`s originally though, it's Van Morrisons. Although I do not like him tbh! Listening now I hear it's a changed beat, that suits Buble`. I knew a couple of Blues guys, that did it acoustically, much more intimately, prefer that tbh. It's more Romantic then. But Buble` has his commercial niche I guess. San sang it really well bless him, not easy, that beat in a tongue not native to you. But I love Korean pronouciation, it's disarmingly cute. Usually, because lee mujin’s voice has such a distinctive quality I feel like he can’t help but slightly outshine the other person in a duet… but here I feel like his voice balanced so perfectly with San’s. Their voices complimented each other so well and made me appreciate them both even more.
As an avid fan of the show, in terms of song choice & the versatility in San’s voice, I really think this is the best episode of this show. I am so deeply impressed
People always have this misconception of San because of how intimidating he seems on stage but in actuality he is such a softie. To an outsider’s perspective, Ateez’s songs are more rock-ish nowadays and less ballad so people seem to have forgotten just how absolutely incredible a vocalist San is. So I’m glad San was able to show just how versatile of an artist he is💗
tbf I think he's both. I think pitting the parts of his personality against each other making it seem like he's either hard or soft is a bit reductionist and part of why imo he gets a little non-responsive to peoples shock at his softer side. people are complex af lol. 💖
so many don't know or forget that he got accepted into KQ with his vocals alone and didn't know how to dance properly at all at first. it's so admirable that he worked so hard to be now known as one of the best kpop performers when performance and dance is a skill he built only after starting to train. i love his voice sm. lead vocalist for a reason! ❤

When San was talking about his grandpa and kingdom era, it brought tears to my eyes. I remember following along their kingdom era, not only was kingdom such a busy time, but there was so much going on in their personal lives as well as promoting Firework, Mingi hiatus etc. San had so much on his plate and the loss of his grandpa must have been so tremendously hard for him. I will never be able to grasp just how difficult it was, but what I do know is he is the kindest, strongest and most humble person I know. He is forever my role model & inspiration ❤
San is very versatile and his english pronunciation has improved so much! Their voices blend so well during the duet, makes me want to hear them do a ballad together (translation: I’m greedy and I want more!) ❤

Though as a mutli-fan with a Day6 bias (YoungK ult) I am asolutely blown away by that cover medley!! Those are hard songs to cover!! I’m back because this is just too good. San has a such a solid grasp/control of his breath during long sustained notes and complex vocal runs. He’s able to maintain vocal clarity and he can seamlessly transition between powerful belting and more delicate and softer moments without sounding strained. And that takes some level of technique 🫶🏾🫶🏾
Honestly I found it really interesting how he used to showcase breathing in a way to emote the feeling... like it gave a tingling feeling and then switched his vocal tone and proper breathing.. it kinda giving of sensual push and pull feeling. I don't if I could express properly. Bottomline I love how he sings.

my favorite one is probably San's cover of The Fool (이 바보야) because of the depth of the emotion he pours out. You can tell that this song has a special place in his heart and its translated exceptionally well to me as a listener.

I love how Mujin is able to get a little extra out of some of his guests. It's such a wonderful treat to hear something impromptu to add to the fun and delight of the moment. I always knew that San's vocals are STUNNING,but today I saw a different SAN which made me fall in love with him more....this man is really the STANDARD, I can't find anything that he can't do.

San honestly has one of the most unique and impressive voices imo. It somehow fits so many genres. He can literally do so many variations of songs and yet with every song sound like he was born to sing in that style and tone

I understand you, his voice is amazing and it made me cry multiple times in this episode 😭 we don't get to hear enough of his vocals in Ateez music but he does have a solo cover - Breathe (Lee Hi) and a duet cover - Dear Name (IU) that you can check out. He also just released a special clip called "Snowflake" which he wrote the lyrics for and its a softer side of his vocals that is heavenly. He's always looking at the better perspective of things, taking the surrounding around him as blessings and a chance for growth opportunity. I feel like San came out of left-field and slapped me in the face with these covers, they are _unbelievably_ good. Though as a mutli-fan with a Day6 bias (YoungK ult) I am asolutely blown away by that cover medley!! Those are hard songs to cover!! Even Day6 will tell you that, and San just nailed them and made it look easy!!

Oh my gosh San, as always, suprising me with his diverse style, can you imagine? From ballad, to Jazz, and Pop? And his voice fits every of that genre, even tho personally I think Pop genre is the one that he fits the most, but the other genres also fits! As expected fron choi san, Ateez lead vocal!

I’m back because this is just too good. San has a such a solid grasp/control of his breath during long sustained notes and complex vocal runs. He’s able to maintain vocal clarity and he can seamlessly transition between powerful belting and more delicate and softer moments without sounding strained. And that takes some level of technique 🫶🏾🫶🏾
Honestly I found it really interesting how he used to showcase breathing in a way to emote the feeling... like it gave a tingling feeling and then switched his vocal tone and proper breathing.. it kinda giving of sensual push and pull feeling. I don't if I could express properly. Bottomline I love how he sings.

San is an incredible and charismatic performer, but he is often overlooked as a vocalist. His voice can be soft and gentle, but he’s also pretty comfortable in the lower range too. More appreciation to vocalist San 🏔️🩷can’t wait for their comeback this week 🙏

I love how Mujin is able to get a little extra out of some of his guests. It's such a wonderful treat to hear something impromptu to add to the fun and delight of the moment. I should also mention that Mujin did a terrific job with his freestyle performance. I really love the quality and tone of his voice in every song that he sings, and this duet was no different. Mujin and San created a fabulous musical moment. This was definitely one of my favorite Leemujin Service duets. Thank you.
