Edit: by the way it is possible to get called up for example if you are 11 and turning 12 you could get called up to u13 but you need a coach to send in a note basically saying they should play up and age group

I play for the London Whitecaps academy for the u12 team which I think could beat this one. Also the London TFC academy would demolish them as they are easily the best in our league with 3 insane wonderkids

I have seen this before. This is not an Australian Womens International team. These are Australian women in a womens team. They and the boys are probably a part of the Institute of sport but there is not one recognisable International female player on the park.
The overall speed difference is just insane, the number of times the boys ran from 10-15 meters behind and still got to the ball first or at the same time is evident in every play.
As a male coach, when I was in my 30s, I stop playing with my boys players when they get into 13/14, not that I can not keep up physically, but when they are getting close to adult and playing hard, someone would get hurt, me or them.

My son's U14 team scrimmaged a women's college team. Beat them 6-0 in 30 minutes. Our coach told the boys if they hurt or tackled one of the women they would be running laps. Even at that age the boys were faster and stronger on the ball with much better skill.
As a kid my Father formed a 16 yr old all star team. We joined a men’s league. Won the league of men in their 30s. The women could probably compete with a good 8th grade team. That’s about the level. Same in basketball

I would say one thing women have a big privilege in Football is easy access to world class opponents from their perspective, any given top tier level u15 boys team is basically like playing a team better then a worlds best all star Women team and they can play it for training when ever they like.
In order for this to be fair and to have some parity on the pitch, all women teams should play with teams of under 12 year old boys. Any older than that and they're doomed. Plenty of examples around the world where adult women lose to boys from 13 to 16 years old. The USA team, Australia, Guyana, Brazil. The fact that they train with teenagers says a lot.
