Its been a veeeeery long time since I filmed a penpal with me video so it was quite challenging to make one again…but I did miss making penpal related videos and I love how this one turned out. Many of you guys wanted a real-time one and an arms one so I combined both with a soft piano bgm so I hope you guys like. Please tag me/ send me pictures of your letters on instagram (@tokkicloud) if you decide to recreate a letter like this. Hope I could inspire you.

There is a TH-cam called Constance Goh who does pen pals like this and is accepting all of subs as her pen pals and if you write her, she will write back and send extras! The deadline is in February 2020

I'm sending letters to my aunties that I'm not allowed to meet.
I don't know why I'm not allowed to meet them (it's a family problem that I'm not supposed to know), but atleast I can escape from home and go out for a little bit to give the letters that I'm sending to them.
Although there are apps to use to communicate, the best way to communicate with them is to send letters to them.
I have met and been friends with them since I was 5 or 6. We had tons of memories together that my brain can't even count how many there are.
I just wish I could see them again like how I did back then. I visit their house almost everytime. They make me feel so special...

I have a friend that moved back to Japan a few years ago, she was my ebst friend, so I pen pal her,, sometimes she puts a little Japanese lesson in the letter 😂

ahhh okay I'm only about four minutes in but I want to comment right now. I'm really happy to see that someone is writing a letter longer than one page/one paragraph. I write super long letters and I always feel a little too much, but seeing you write a longer one makes me feel better. I love this video by the way! it's so calming and lovely to watch first thing in the morning.

I know this is an old comment but there's honestly no wrong way to do it. as you continue to send letters, your style may change, you'll be able to get better at making more unique and creative ideas etc. it's all about trial and error. there's honestly no wrong way to penpal though - if you put a lot of love into the letter regardless, your penpals will love it. just the act of exchanging letters is so rewarding and writing can be extremely therapeutic for those difficult times

I am actually looking for penpals but I find it difficult to find someone who is willing to take it as it is... learning from the other person, about their culture etc...
