first nirvana bass riff I learned too! I can't believe it's taken me about 17 years to learn the rest of the song. There's so much cool playing in this one.
@@MattBrownGuitar while not complicated in any way, my second favorite bass line of theirs is Lounge Act. I love the groove of it. it annoys me when people try insult Krist's play, and nirvana in general. I think there are lots of sour grapes because of their rapid rise, but that doesn't take away that they damn well deserved it. I don't think I've ever heard the original artists Love Buzz, I'm curious on how different nirvana had done it.
Hey Matt, finally I found a learning path of this song breaking down the line properly. Thank you so much for your time and dedication. It makes my practice and my belief in music stronger.
@@MattBrownGuitar Moving towards the end of my learning of the entire song with your lessons - Really useful when you name the scale and modes. Ideally, see you playing the entire song would have been great! One last question, please. I know there are plenty out there, which backing track would you suggest to practice with? Thank you again
Thank you so much for this, I don’t have a bass atm but I stayed somewhere with a bass over the summer and I couldn’t find a visual tutorial for it anywhere. I can’t wait to learn this when I get my own bass
@@MattBrownGuitar Yeah gotta think about this one day, but for now I'm a beginner with the electric and actually I'm thinking of getting an acoustic one sooner
