Love your work, especially that you are going sometimes a little (and sometimes even further) beyond those "two and three chord progressions on 4/4". It is an incredible lot of work, doing this massive output on quality stuff. You got my deeply felt respect as an sophisticated arranger, composer, precise and virtuos musician. thnx Ben!
In A section - Im playing F Dorian over Cm11 and Abmaj7(#11) In B section : - F Dorian over Fm9 and Ebmaj9 - C# Dorian over Emaj9 and Bmaj7 - D Lydian over Dmaj9 - Db Lydian over Dbmaj9 If you have any other cool ideas and you want to share drop a comment please
This, my friend, is what I was looking for in terms of composition, sound, groove, syncopation and ideas for doodling on. Thank you for all the efforts and hard work.
Dude Greg Howe himself would solo for 5 hours straight on this EPIC track! I can't stop jamming to it on my (budget) 80's Japanese electric guitar. 😎 I feel like this track was made for my guitar, and we love it!
Dude. We need more like this. The groove and all the variations are exactly what I need to practice for local jam sessions. Hard to find with other backing tracks.
Subscribed, love this track Ben! The B section is great, a bit more challenging to play something decent over the changes which is what we need. Please make MORE like this....:)
i know i'm supposed to be "listening" for the chord changes but man it is really hard to keep track of this with the chords given in the description i get lost like halfway through
Cm11 = C Dorian. AbMaj7#11 = C Aeolian. Fm9 = C Aeolian. Emaj9 = E Lydian. Eb, D, Db and Bmaj chords use the root major or Lydian. (so for Ebmaj9 use Eb major scale or Eb Lydian scale etc)
really dig your tracks....always a nice harmonic twist to them..great for practice! One happy user riding this one: th-cam.com/video/qgCxAaBkkd8/w-d-xo.html
This is worthy of the Gran Turismo soundtrack. Incredible work.
this thing been on my top 3 tracks to play to for about 2 years now.
LOVE IT

Thank you so much Andreas! I appreciate you are enjoying the production value of my tracks and thank you for your kind words!
I really like the fact there are no chords flashing on the screen. Lets/forces you to listen to where the music is going. Well done.
Thanks Darren!

Teh funk is smooth with this one. That half time snare makes it.

One of my favorites of yours is Bennys Bounce, and A journey by Seaplane both are kickin!

awesome !!!!!!!!!1111
Oof, that was awesome.
I love it
very good
What key does it change to when it breaks down
Si possono avere gli accordi completi... alcuni sono riuscito a individuarli...non tutti 😅 thank you
Benjamin, la base è meravigliosa!!!!! Ci posso suonare sopra la mia chitarra e poi ti faccio sentire il risultato?
i know i'm supposed to be "listening" for the chord changes but man it is really hard to keep track of this with the chords given in the description i get lost like halfway through
I have this same problem too. Balancing structured playing and free playing.
Ho Track! Thanks!
scale does this backing track use for solar to solar?
What are some good scales or specific notes to use other than C minor, C harmonic minor and C pentatonic?
Cm11 = C Dorian. AbMaj7#11 = C Aeolian. Fm9 = C Aeolian. Emaj9 = E Lydian. Eb, D, Db and Bmaj chords use the root major or Lydian. (so for Ebmaj9 use Eb major scale or Eb Lydian scale etc)
hello, could I play on this beautiful track, some harmonic notes and then share it with friends on Facebook? just a few notes ... Ciaooo
How do you apprehend the EM9, EbM9 and DM7 chords ?
Really great backing tracks! BTW what's your impression or was on the p mauriat 66rul if I may ask? I've just purchased one.
amazing i would love to write together
Very impressive, did you track drums yourself or use a program? Drums sound awesome.
Hi Scott. Half and half. I use Superior Drummer for the basic groove and then program/play in a lot of the cohesion between the rhythm section.
@@BensJamTracks Thanks for the reply, you're the man!
Dynamite, Benjamin.
Thanks Greg!
Hope you are aware of the joy you contribute to!
.... what to say here: Yes, it grooves here ... Yeah ...
