Your shopping trip yielded some very nice results. I love the 3-D pillow. I was wondering how your mother is doing. Lots of good thoughts from me to you both. The frames that come with inherited oil paintings never seem suitable do they? You could try to paint the frame gold and then do an antique wax over the gold to tone it down slightly. Or simply brush on a darker color and wipe it off. I'm wondering whether the gold by itself will be too bright.
