@Bruce I draw portraits and I was comisioned to draw a Marilyn portrait for an advertisement precisely because I had made quite a lot of Marilyn portraits before, so I know how Marilyn's face is indeed. I have examined her proportions, the shadow of her eyelashes, the exact place where she drew her beauty spot, the curve of her lips, her dreamer eyelids, feature by feature, in more detail than many people. I don't need to change glasses, thank you for the suggestion, maybe it is you who needs that. I tell you, Suzie doesn't look much like MM (especialy without make up), but Suzie knows how to embody her, that is what made her the most famous Marilyn impersonator... good for her, as I said.

I can't believe this but my grandmother met her when she was six and she told me that she was the most beautiful woman she met and my grandmother brought her some flowers and said that Marilyn loved flowers very much and Marilyn accepted them and gave her an autograph and today Marilyn's autograph is still At my grandmother and I couldn't believe this but my grandmother gave me her autograph 😩💞

Marilyn did cultivate her voice as well. In the beginning of her career her voice was totally different than the soft childish gasping voice she had later in life. She acted her entire daily life...even her voice. No wonder she did get exhausted.

I have no problem with Ms Kennedy, a very experienced professional, being on a talent show. She gave this show a superb injection of total class, great entertainment, and polite sauciness. That is the only dress designed and made by a nuclear defence engineer: the fall-out control is perfect, (damn it!)

Actually, Britney Spears is one great example of a performer and a star being made to do a baby voice similar to Marilyn’s, just to differentiate her from Christina Aguilera, since both came out at the same time & apparently sounded too much alike. Aguilera was better at belting so they made Britney purely a dancing sex symbol, baby voice included.
Britney ended up messing up her vocal chords, it’s pretty sad. Her, as well as Marilyn’s natural voice, are both a bit deeper. Most human women don’t sound like babies 🤦🏻♀️

My mom grew up with "Marilyn Monroe" as little kids in Hollywood California...
My grandma...my mom's mom... taught singing lessons and Marilyn as a little girl took lessons from her...
Marilyn's mother was trying to get her all the training she could to make it in Hollywood...
My mom said they used to play as children in the back of the apartment building that my mom lived in...
Then years later...late 40's early 50's my mom was costume designer Edith Head's secretary and Marilyn would come in for fittings...
And they would talk about them growing up and at the time..."look at us now"...lolol
She was always sweet and my mom felt bad how used she was by the studios and the press...
