I’m seeing more and more that my experience is very much in flux - that rumination creates suffering and there’s no answer to the “problem” in the same that creates the problem. Seeing this clearly literally stops the story in its tracks. And even if it doesn’t, I know that it will change and that buying into it only creates suffering and doesn’t actually solve anything.
Wow, I love this! Really resonated with me. What if it’s the end of the preoccupation with self where my true well-being sits?
