Amusing becoz over 15yrs ago I tasted a very hot and spicy sauce made of chopped spring onion, chili paste and soy sauce. My friend told me that it was Korean sauce. From then on I always have that sauce for BBQ. When we have visitors or we have a potluck in our small village here in Germany I modify it with Ayvar( mixture of aubergine and chili sauce) and sweet and sour chili sauce. Everyone is loving it...

Chorizo de cebu is the best
We've been there, in Yakski Capitol, the sauce itself is so delicious, yummy. Highly recommended.
